After the first shock, Verde had collapsed to the ground, panting from the pain. Only to have another shock coarse through his body.

Scarlet stopped the shock and got up. She had a knot on her cheek bone. she winced. "Owww." she said. Jeff came up. "Miss Scarlet are you alright?!" he asked looking at the knot on her cheek. Scarlet nodded and walked downstairs with Jeff folowing her.

"I will get out of here... I will kill her..." muttered Verde, sprawled out on the floor from the pain he had just suffered.

Scarlet heard him just as she came in. "That's why you won't leave? So you can kill me? What did I do to you...?" she asked. She felt saddened by this.

Verde lookd at her coldly, then charged at her, fists raise. He planned to hurt her, he would not stop hurting her until she was dead. Then he would find a way to take the collar off then escape back home.

Jeff moved in front of Scarlet. He fell back on topp of Scarlet. "Jeff!" she looked at him worriedly. Jeff was her best friend. Jeff was out cold. Scarlet looked at Verde.

"That stupid idiot. Why protect you?" said Verde coldly. He looked at Scarlet for a moment, then walked off towards the kitchen to find a knife or anything that could cut the collar.

Scarlet looked down at Jeff. she stood up and walked to the kitchen. "What the hell did I do to you?!" she asked.

"You took me away from my home, effectively ruining my life." said Verde irritably, looking through the kitchen for a knife or scissors. Anything would cut the collar.

"I tried to take you home but you made me so upset i just drove away!" she said. She looked at him for a second. She could tell he wanted to collar off. "Let me help you." she said and walked up to him and tried to take it off.

"Heh, the reason you drove away was so those slave traders would think I was escaping and put this death collar on!" said Verde before she tried to remove the collar. Of course, when she tried to do that, it shocked him.

"What are you talking about? I figured the only way you would go is if I threw that bracelet." she said. She quickly took the collar off. She threw it on the counter. She looked at his neck.

Verde couldn't respond. It had taken Scarlet too long to take the collar off, so he was unconscious.

Scarlet sighed and dragged him to the living room couch. She waited til he woke up.

When at last he woke up, he felt his neck. Aside from it being blackened and burnt, it felt great. No collar. Now... Only one thing left to do.
