You got it Nari xD;. But even in Sailor Moon, Usagi understood you needed both. Chaos explained that the 'lackies' were pieces of it that were attracted to her (and most likely other senshis' ) light. Therefore they went after it. Not really, I would think, knowing what they were truly after. Only that this power makes them feel good, therefore they must have it.

Ha! So Prince Diamond and Beryl are crackheads and don't know it?? rofl Wow! (I have too much humor in the mornings...) Just greeddiness led them down, down, *makes a big spiral*? Nariana Ha! So Prince Diamond and Beryl are crackheads and don't know it?? rofl Wow! (I have too much humor in the mornings...) Just greeddiness led them down, down, *makes a big spiral*? She had it, they didn't and really wanted it for their own, fighting ensues. It alll makes sense in another light now! * O* You rock! Actually Beryl and Diamond weren't part of Chaos. Metallia and Death Phantom were (Beings that Beryl and Diamond worked for more or less.) . Diamond and Beryl were actually just misguided humans. Beryl- for her love of Prince Endymion that turned to Jealousy. Diamond- for really just wanting to get rid of the Silver Crystal and wanting Earth to be like it used to be before Crystal Tokyo as his group considered it very unnatural and that it was all really an Illusion. Though both had started out with probably innocent/good intentions it became twisted because of Metallia and Death Phantom. Beryl probably could've gotten over her heartbreak, if Metallia hadn't offered her a way to get the Prince and Power. Diamond and his group were just rebels/terrorists. Without the Phantom they probably would've kept trying-unsuccessfully so- to get Earth back the way it originally was.

Oh, I see. It's not all clear anymore.... Just the bosses were part of that cycle. The lackies were all deceived by the bosses because they claimed to have what they wanted at the time. But wouldn't that make Metalia and them evil for deceiving their lackies to do their bidding?

But wouldn't that make Metalia and them evil for deceiving their lackies to do their bidding? Well, they did in a way tell the truth. Beryl DID have Endymion. It just took longer, but in the end he really was only working for Metallia. Diamond did do what he set out to do, they virtually took over 30th Century Tokyo. Which actually, in a weird way, got rid of the Silver Crystal and rendered the Sailor Senshi+Royal couple and advisors incapable of protecting anyone. It's kinda like that whole Genie bottle thing. They give you what you want, but there's always a price for it. xD; But simple wise- yeah, they're evil. But really it's both Beryl and Diamond's group fault for not being better person and not making these deals.

xD; This is why I never took philosophy. I would've confused myself in the end. That whole 'To be or not to be' thing. @3@'
But it's something I think on when applying it to Sailor Moon. Personally, I think of the Bosses kinda like Children without rules or any real Moral code ever taught to them.
They see something they like. It makes them happy, so they're going to use whatever means possible to get it.
Doesn't make the children evil. Just in need of some serious parental guidance.

It's all confusing in itself. I don't blame you. I think you would be very good in philosophy because you manage to think it through to a large extent, even though it makes a senseless cycle. XP
I see. So it just turns out that what they're doing is what the world counts as evil. Or....you get what I'm saying?
