Well, Bambi, I've decided that if you really believe that I can't reject a nickname, then you can't either. So, from here on out, instead of calling you Erv, Erve, or Erverain, I will refer to as either Bambi or c**t. Haven't really figured which one I like more yet.
@Saverio — You, on the other had, I shall henceforth refer to as Toots. 'K, Toots?

Sorry, Slim. I understand the intent behind your nicknames. That's what makes it difficult for me to have such an intense dislike for the one you chose. That's also why I have allowed you to use it, under protest. I will not, however, abide the use of it by others. Period.
