He's one of the famous singers that started out overseas back in the 80s.

Yeah, Rick Astley's the singer! Family Guy made fun of him in the episode where Peter has to go back in time to save his relationship with Lois. I remember because Brian sang the song at Lois and Peter's prom or something.
