In Orchestra we're playing: The Magic Flute---(Many solos for ME!) I don't remember the rest because we just got new music that we don't get to keep. =(
In Band: The Copland Portrait (Piccolo solo) Disney Songs (Not all that great) We're going to play another song but he hasn't given it to us yet. =(

Last Year faves: Jupiter (chorale) Kentucky 1800 I forgot the others I liked... sweatdrop
This year faves: Moscow 1941 Then I Saw the Lucent Sky (XD awesome Fhorn part!)
What we're playing now: Into the Clouds Then I Saw the Lucent Sky Hymnsong Variations (not variants...completely different piece)
For honor band, we're playing this completely freakin' awesome piece called Haunted Carnival (by Rob Grice)

Tocatta For Band (hate it), Amber Waves of Grain (super easy and boring), and Into the Clouds! (yes. the exclamation point is part of the title
they're all really boring cause I didn't audition for the higher band last year like I should have

I played that last year, and when we first started playing, the flutes (that is my section sweatdrop ) sounded like the birds were having a fricken revolution rather than fluttering over the brass...heh heh...
