*Kero seems to be trying to flare his wings...but can't...when Tam swoops in to help, he realizes why...there's a serious updraft...he only barely manages to grab them before they hit the ground...about twenty feet up...thank god it's still too early for most humans to be about*

he carries them back up to the roof and sits them down... hmmm... bad location kid... shall we find some other spot to practice at, he asks tilting his head to one side... he stretches his neck, shakes his head hard, settling his feathers and thinks for a bit... i know... kero hop on me back... l. kero shoud be able to navigate without ye and we'll go down to the beach but further up... where the cliffs are... there's some easy drops there and the updrafts are wonderful....

tam takes them to a section of the cliffs where the sun shines brightly forming a steady up draft... he sits kero down and watches as l. kero uses the air currents to do a bit of fancy flying.....

*Kero smacks into the water, going deep...Tam manages to fish him out when he surfaces...and a good thing...because there was a huge fin heading straight towards the point where he dived*

tam sits him down on the beach and drops to the sand beside him.... i thought we had this agreement... no more heart attacks for the sitter... remember... he grouses checking him over to make sure he's ok....

tam glares at him... and a griffon glare can be quite intimidating... of course this is tam we're talking about so i'm not so sure how intimidating he can be... still he's trying....
maybe i should throw ye back and let it finish ye off... won't have to worry about ye not listening anymore iffin i did... he grumbles testily...

tam lands on the room and makes his way inside, fuming... he heads for the kitchen grabs a glass of water, downs it... then points to the shower... telling kero he needs to rinse off...
