Well that makes so much sense, she thought right before she was spun round and round and round, much to her delight since her favorite part about dancing - well one of her favorite parts- were twirling.
"What an excellent dancer you are mister Charlie. Excellent enough to dance for two."
"Minty you /know/ cats don't dance. Or in this case the Midi is a horrible dancer- The dress and the shoes are for looking pretty in while I trip about everything~. PLUS delicious cream frosting would look perfect with the flowers in your hair!"

Ravena could never resist a ball, let alone the after party for one, so here she was, ready and waiting for the dance promised to her off in a corner somewhere.

After what seemed like an episode of forever, Midi finally was almost all giggled out. Leaning closer to Charlie with a brilliant smile she whispered, "I think I will go prepare myself for the great food war now. Thank you for the dance it was perfection." With a kiss to his cheek and a hug, Midi bounded off rather gracefully towards the sweets gathering ammo before hiding behind a cluster of trees- posed for an attack.

Charlie bowed to his already hidden partner. Still itching to dance some more, Charlie looked around for another partner, and spied a pretty strawberry blonde trying to hide in a corner.
"Hello there, Starshine. Fancy a spin around the floor with me?"
