Lanfaer Alot of people didn't like the idea of working for what they want. Okay. Mana, Muffy, Ed! ALL CREW AND MEMBERS! I need to know what needs to be done to get people active again. Of course, I realize that school/college is starting, so a lot of you are busy, but please let me know if its anything else!!! You're the Captain. You should know.

What needs to be done? Recruit? Bug the non posters? Kick out those who have not even made a profile?
I think we should do a work shop type of thing as an incentive for getting people to do their profiles. Profiles are a little bothersome and people get lazy. It happens. Most of the time it is the fact that we have to go and look through everything, such as jutsu's, class, blah blah blah that really time consumes and dampens the process. This workshop can consist of a one day thing, crew members helping out anyone who is doing the process. They will assist with questions and instead of the person having to go to pages and stuff, the crew members will explain it to them, rules and can and can'ts. Helps us in the long run too, we already basically have an idea of what their profile will be like and no one can come out with outrages things that we will have to send them to go back and fix. :]
Yeah, the rules are there but this is just me throwing out ideas to get more people to actually offically join this guild.

wait you are servicing people!! i could so make a not so appropriate remark here. but i will be good
on a side note, i just watched the extended release of Avatar. still a good movie but not worth the price i paid for a few extra scenes.
