realizing that the two younglings had been hovering there for some tme and were probably quite tired.... tam decides to scare them a little and give them a ride down... with a screech like a hunting eagle only louder, he dives and snatches both of them up for a ride...

tam flies with them to the beach and drops them in the water... then lands on the beach laughing

tam shifts with a rush so sudden it leave l. kero stammering and he rushes to kero's side... hey... ye ok... cough it up... come on.... ye swallowed some didn't ye... dang... kero, i'm sorry... here...
he hands l. kero his wallet and points to the nearby food stand... go buy me some bread and distilled water... go... he says turning back to the small black cub....

tam sits down on the snad shaking like a leaf... doon't scare me like that... here.. nibble on this... and here's some fresh water to help wash it down... the bread will hlep soak up the salt and make it easier for ye to digest....

ye bet i am, ye little twerp... tam says giving him a hug... i thought ye were really very sick.... he drops to the sand and stares at the sky sighing... alright heart ye can start beating again....

tam sighs and closes his eye... i figured as much... next time warn me... ok... how about we go home, ok... i'll give you guys a lift... unless ye want to stay that is... then he holds up a hand... but if we stay there are three things ye need to remember... 1. I'm the boss and ye have to listen... 2. play nice and 3. i like rocky road... go get some ice cream.. go on... he says waving them away... i'm the boss aren't i?

*Kero and L. Kero are back before he finishes Talking, each with a waffle bowl of ice cream...plus, Kero has Tam's rocky road...once they're done, they both swim out and play in the ocean...then decide to test themselves...the next time Tam looks up...Kero is 250 yards out*

tam quickly shifts to griffin and darts out to get him... as he snatches him from the water he worriedly looks about for l. kero... where is he... where is he, kero.. so help me... we've got to find him... what ever gave ye the idea that this was a good thing? huh? do ye know anything about rip tides and sharks and what the hey!......
