Arious turned toward her his body almost floating. His clothes shimmered and defied gravity for a moment as they suddenly transformed into the black clothes of a Nighthawk. He wore his hood down and his dark red hair was a mess over his face. He took a step toward Shira something eerie about him. "This feeling... is wonderful... as if I am truly alive... It feels me with desires..." His gaze locked on Shira unblinkingly. "I have an unquenchable thirst..." He gazed upon her taking in every detail. Then in three steps he was upon her with his hand closed around her throat. "Perhaps it is you that I desire.." His lips were instantly upon hers in a split second. He then pulled away and spat on the ground. He had drawn blood on her lower lip in several places. He smashed her head against the wall. "No... it is not your blood I seek..." He threw her aside and turned away. He licked his lips slowly. "You are amusing, nonetheless..." He out stretched his hand and immediately his knife flew back back into his grasp. He slid it into his boot and closed his eyes. "My sword...." And as if the shadows were listening for his command, his sword rose from the floor glistening in the darkness. It's magic opals that usually glowed violet with his magic were now a combination of blood red and black.

Rugen shook his head nervously. "What can I do for her, Lady Telma..? Surely there is a way to ease her suffering..." He paced about the room and finally stood still. He brushed his hat off and swiped his shaggy hair back.

Endymion looked between them all. "I don't need anymore people passing out. Just... watch yourselves. The Valheru are on the prowl. We can't risk them taking anymore victims..." He touched the sword at his side and sighed. He could not possibly start to think who of who else could be in the band of seven. They had to at least be powerful...

Trisiana smirked. "Oh no. I'd much rather have that one, Darious." She leaned on her elbows with her chin in her hands giving Darious a splendid view. She loved wine. It was such a lovely tasty thing. Well, second best to Darious' kisses anyway...

Liam laughed. "Defense will get you nowhere... You must attack back..." He threw another greyish blue ball of magic at him. He then advanced forward ready to strike him.

Shira wiped the blood from her mouth. She was definitely scared now. He had told her some had gone mad with the power, but this... "If it is not my blood, than whose?" she dared to ask. She had no sword. But she still had magic. She felt her right hand warm, almost ready to burst out with flame. But not yet.

"I'm fine," Jasmine said, getting over the initial shock. "It just... scared me there. I needed to process it." Her strength returned to her limbs, and she stood. "Is there anyone else in this castle that has had contact with Shira or Arious?"

Larken was impressed by Jasmine. The girl was pushing herself, he knew. How strong she was, despite how grim things looked. He glanced at Daine, sitting uncomfortably in a chair, and walked over. "Are you okay? It's a little hard, taking everything in at once..." Why was he being comforting now?

Miya blinked. "I... I guess... Mae's hungry..."

"All she needs now is to get through this... and all we can do now is hope that the children will be birthed properly..." Telma said with a slight worry in her voice. She looked at the door, seeing to midwives rush in towards the room, and the doctor following suit. Her worry faded and was replaced with hate. She turned from him before he entered the room after the midwives. "Poor girl, surrounded by strangers..." Telma murmured, moving behind the bar, fumbling with something.

Silver suddenly jolted when she looked over down at the necklace. Though it was now pitch black and blood red, a voice still emanated from the necklace. Arious voice, but it wasn't cool and soothing to the ears. Listening to him made her cringe in fear. She peered through the necklace, catching a sight of a insane looking Arious... and a frightened Shira. Her eyes widened when she saw Arious bite Shira and spit out her blood. Pulling away before hearing that Arious was after blood. It almost wanted her to throw up. Her eyes suddenly widened, looking down at herself. Run... her instincts were screaming, RUN!

Kaze nodded to Josline. "Well, let's go into town, then, and see if we can find a decent restaraunt." He said as he began walking toward the town.

He wasn't ready for Liam's not attack. Seth screamed in pain as the magic burned his skin. For a breif moment, he wondered if Liam was ever to return to the way he was... would he remember everything he did? Seth found himself on the ground with Liam looming over him.

Darious forced himself to keep his eyes, or rather eye, up. He passed the wine glass to Tris, then sipped his own wine. "Are you alright here while I go see if Endymion's done with my eye? It's rather careless of me to leave it unchecked." Darious muttered as he stood up, then suddenly fell to his knees. For some reason, he felt weak and dizzy, which was something he didn't feel often. He felt happiness more than he felt weakness. What the heck was going on?

As soon as the tunic was pulled over his head, Vaati began unraveling the bandages around his arm and shoulder with his other arm, and occasionally with his teeth. He didn't feel any pain from the wound, but maybe the pain from falling out of the tree made it so he couldn't feel the pain from his wound. "I'm surprised he's actually staying. I didn't expect him to do that... I thought he would jump out and demand to know how I managed to hurt himself."

"Maybe Ezlo has more respect for you than you thought Vaati." Opal stated with a soft voice before pulling out the fresh bandages. She moved over to cover the wounds, seeing the gashes that she had given him. If she had just let Jin torture her than Vaati. He had gone through so much pain already, it was shocking he was still alive. "Vaati... don't you think you're... pushing yourself?" Opal asked nervously.

Moon made it into the castle before the sand storm hit, closing the door before the wind could pierce through the walls. He saw Danie inching away from him, distancing the gap between them even more. He took that as a sign, pulling himself away from the group. However he didn't wander far before seeing a monk. His eyes scanned Abel, however he didn't greet him, and slipped back into the shadows.

Arious looked at his sword and smiled. "Ah... if I knew..." He turned looking at Shira. "I am not strong enough..." He grinned and walked toward her slowly. He placed his hand on her shoulder and began to chant words. Immediately Shira's strength and magic began to drain from her. Arious glowed slightly his power becoming even more dark. Finally when Shira's eyes rolled back into a faint did he let her go. "I need more energy..." He looked about seeing nothing. With his hair covering his eyes, he slowly melted into the shadows.

helios walked slowly through the dark palace until he stopped. Something was wrong... the girl.. He appeared in the room where he thought she was and looked about. Then he saw an unmoving figure on the ground. "...What..." he knelt in front of her and lifted her up by the collar of her shirt. Her magic had been drained to where she was hardly able to keep alive. There was a blue spark and his magic revived her. "What... is the meaning of this..."

Rugen stared at Telma and sighed. This was not his sort of thing. "Is there anything I can do to help her..? He glanced at the room when he heard her voice tearing through the walls.

Endymion sat there not sure what to do. "Did this Shira have any power.. like magic wise?" If she did, they would be in more trouble. They did not need another mage fighting against them right now.

Daine looked up at Larken her chocolatey brown eyes confused. "I'll be fine... though it still feels like I am floating in my dream... or madness rather..."

Trisiana looked at Darious with an odd expression. "What is it..?" She rose from her chair and quickly crossed the distance between them to check him. She tilted his head back so she could look into his face. "What... is it?" She was concerned. Something even felt odd about him right now... Almost as if he was somehow darker..

Liam punched Seth right in the face laughing. "Seth, you are being weak! You are my shadow! I know you are as strong as I am! Show me your true power!" He drew his sword and smashed the flat side of the blade against his ribs. "Fight me damnit!"

"Perhaps... but I'm tired of not being about to do anything if I can't use magic. It sucked at Telroth." Vaati mumbled. He looked over his wounds and let out a sign of relief when he found that it didn't look much different. In fact, it looked slightly better. "That's going to be one ugly scar..."

Darious hissed in pain, and looked up at her with an unfocused stare. "I just felt a surge... of... darkness? I can't really describe it... but it feels evil." He mumbled as his gaze slowly focused on Tris' image. His headache was already beginning to dissipate already. Perhaps it was only a temporary thing.

Seth only growled from the ground. He was turned with his face towards to the sun. His vision was to blurry to properly fight back, or do anything but lay on the ground. "You're making... it hard to hard to do that..." He gasped.

A mildly frustrated Abel made his way toward the exit of the castle. "I know I can't decide when and where a baby decides he or she is going to be born... but that doesn't make it any less frustrating when a conversation I am having is cut off twice." He thought to himself. The monk decided he might as well explore the region a bit. As soon as Abel exited the castle, he vanished from sight to another place of intrest he caught a glance of when he arrived.

"Mostly men are the emotional support for women... but unless you don't want to be rushed out by a midwife, I suggest you stay out here. There is no cure for labor pains." Telma said, hearing the cries of pain coming from the poor girl. She could almost hear the doctors sneering voice through the walls. It was only a half an hour before a midwife came out with a bundle of blankets. "I'm assuming you're the father?" She asked, holding the blankets to him. "It's a boy, but it's not the only one."
Voices were heard from the door, then dead silence. "No... No, you have to save her!" Diness voice cried but the doctor was already leaving. "... The second child is dead, she's not going to make it without killing the mother, why bother?" The doctor said, but Telma was already on him. "Look here you, that girl is depending her children on you and you're going to turn your back on her? No way, not a second time. You get your a** back in there and make sure that little baby girl is born within the hour, got me!" Telma snapped at him, shaking him by the collar. The doctor's eyes were as wide as his glasses before he went back in the room. Diness' face was seen through the open door, her face covered in tears. Then the door slammed before you could hear faint commands coming from the doctor to the midwives.
Ten minutes, then a half an hour, then forty five minutes... an hour. Telma stared at the sun outside, she was becoming anxious before the midwife hurried out. "It's a girl!" She cried, she was already in tears holding the second baby, however this one was different. It looked like the first child had received all the blessings from the birth while this little girl was a runt. Her eyes shut tight. Not crying, but small gasps of breath escaped her small mouth. She was so small the midwife could have held her in the crook of her arm, and not have any trouble at all.

Silver ran, she didn't bother waiting around to see if Arious really would show up. She just ran, straight into the forest and towards where the castle once lay. There she would make her way to Helios' castle, and see if she could find Rugen and Endymion. She knew only one thing at the moment right now though- running. She needed to get away before Arious realized what she realized.

April had warped herself back into Helios' castle. Well, managed to seeing as she was shaking almost from head to foot. She felt the magic ease on her, making it easier for her breath. She moved around the castle, almost expecting to see Endymion. Or maybe someone she knew, someone who could give her comfort that she wasn't going to die... or at least make her think she wasn't going to die. She looked around, still searching for someone. "Endymion?" She almost called out weakly, but brought the strength up in her voice. She needed confidence... something to give her hope at this moment.

Opal ears twitched when she looked at his wound. "I'm sure it'll be okay without bandages pretty soon." Opal positively stated before she tied the bandages up. "There... those should last a little longer." Opal said, looking over at him.

Shira coughed and blinked the strange images away: A crystal, a girl in armor, a cave... She tried to process what had just happened. "Arious... he sucked me dry and left me for dead... he's gone insane from the power." She wanted her sword. And she wanted to find that mage.

Larken considered it for a second. "Mostly she has defensive and support magic... Force fields, a bit of healing, and she can sort of see through things, but mostly she relies on her sword." He looked at Daine. "You aren't going mad," he muttered with a chuckle.

Jasmine barked a laugh. "Please. She did something to Silver. Some kind of fire, from what I could tell. I can see the recent past." She shook her head as she tried to recall her the memory.

Miya tentatively followed Kaze. She had nowhere to go to, anyway, she told herself. Still, she couldn't suppress the feeling that something bad was going to happen.

Kaze made his way into the town. He looked around until he found a mildly interesting place. "Sky Fish Buffet, hm? Well, I guess we can have a look inside." He muttered. He didn't have the required currency, however, perhaps the restaurant would be kind enough to let him eat for free, seeing as how he liberated the kingdom from the tyrannical rule of Jeract.

Miya tentatively followed Kaze into the restaurant. She couldn't remember eating out before. Then again, she couldn't remember anything...

((Sorry for disappearing. But it's not like my post will affect most of you anyway.))

Vaati watched as the green hat peaked out from under the bed. Well, the worst had already past, though bandages could be a good judge for injuries, especially if they were injuries you couldn't see. He still felt a dull throbbing in his arm, but he figured that would past at some point. "Opal, since Ezlo is here now, I think it's safe to go back to Hyrule now. Kaze and Josline can make it back on their own."

Opal lifted up her head after bandaging his wounds. He was thinking of returning to Hyrule already? Sure she was all in for going home, as much as she liked Salin. It's taste for blood seem to have overwhelmed her begging her to return to her home Hyrule. However, she wasn't very happy that Vaati was thinking of ditching Kaze and Josline without saying a word. Not to mention Kaze had promised to teach Vaati how to finally fight, but he was backing out... what made him change his mind? As curious as Opal was, she didn't ask any questions, nor did she state her opinion on the matter of returning home without the others. "Alright, you're right. Kaze said he found a way back so they should be alright on their own." Opal said, looking down at Ezlo. At least the wounds were covered, no need for the old teacher to fuss over his student like his own son. She lifted up the bird hat, placing him back on her head. "Let's go home Vaati." Opal said, glancing over at him.
