Its like I have a fung shui gene. That when I start adjusting everything symmetrically is necessary to provide the right feel. When I look at a cabinet out of alignment it just looks funky and I must fix it. If the trash can has traversed the denizens of my room I must lead it back to the home of which it belongs.

Lord Edegaru That is interesting. A game played with only those few things. You use your mind to do pretty much anything. You actually roleplay learning things. Like, to dual wield, you'd have to spend some time actually learning to do so. You'd suck to start with, and get better as you go along. There is experience, stats, and rules for hitting, but its all about the Role Play, about making a character, living a life outside your own in a world filled with magic and monsters, where you can be the greatest Hero of the age, or the the greatest Tyrant. Or something in between. To me, it is the greatest game around.

So you sit in a room and silently pass the paper to each other?

Like a screenwriters meeting. My friend and I would have a pad and would make road trips shorter by role-playing. We would just pass the pad. if he had any questions he would ask and I would explain.

Lord Edegaru So you sit in a room and silently pass the paper to each other? No. There is the DM (in this case, its me) who sets up a game by writing up information and using source books for rules (if desired). Then, people (players) choose classes and races, as well as an alignment to fit how they think. Then, you use your dice to roll stats, and you use dice in the game to determine if you save against attacks, against getting drunk, or for doing things such as aiming your piss in such a way that it arcs into your enemies' faces. Now, when deciding what to do, you tell the DM what you will do, and he tells you what happens when you do it. Think of the DM as a Narrator, and the players as actors. Except you don't have to get up and act, unless you want to (we had a guy who did. It was hilarious!). **NOTE** Each person has a character sheet, their "Profile", in which their information and stats are listed. That's what the paper is for.

HI MUFFINS! Yeah, life tried to take another shot at my nuts, but this time the Tire Iron of Justice met the side of her skull with a resounding THWACK that sent brain tissue and bone fragments into the face of her accomplices, Irritation and Luck! Now, headless, her body lies rotting away in the middle of my livingroom, where the cataclysmic event occurred. I'm unsure if I should take a picture of it and frame it, or just burn the body. What do you think? Yeah, Ed. If you lived closer I'd invite you to play
