Kazzi chased after the girl with red hair. "Iz, wait up!" She found Izzy in an alley.
Izzy turned around. "Kaz, it's terrible, your mother-" She didn't finish.
"Iz, what happened to Mama?" Her best friend didn't respond. "Iz!" Silence. "Izanole, what happened to my mother?!" Her voice had risen to a shriek, tears streaming down her cheeks.

Zelda heard Kazzi scream. "Oh no... Excuse me I must check on her..." Zelda ran toward her. "Kazzi, what's wrong?"

Tenser looked at Eva, seeing her unconscious. Rage burst in his chest, more than he felt ever before. The sisters had recovered quickly again, but as they blasted him, he raised his hands, and energy enveloped the fire and ice energies. Then they began to spin around Tenser, the energies becoming larger and larger, fire and ice starting to spark out around him. Then as the sisters fire again, their energies spun around Tenser and hit the sisters back with the others' power. But he also added the energy he already had spinning around him and sent it towards the sisters, sending them to the walls. Then Tenser created a whirlwind around him and the sisters were dragged into it. Tenser threw energies into it to make it like swimming through a sea of electricity before kneeling, the sister moving faster and faster until they were a blur. Then Tenser stood up and threw his arms to his sides, the witches flying into the walls again and denting the rock. They fell to the floor but didn't get up. Tenser walked over to Eva a few feet away and not affected by the attacks, then he collapsed next to her, slowly reaching for her hand before he himself blacked out.
Sitting next to them, having fallen out of the sisters, were two pieces of the element that quickly came together and reformed.
(Yes, I realize that last move was stolen from The Force Unleashed, I'm a sci-fi fan as well.)

(Um... Time Skip!)
Eva blinked her eyes open, noticing they were still in the temple. She noticed Koume and Kokate were gone. But the element was still there. She walked over to it and picked it up, feeling it's energy run through her. She blinked over seeing Tenser still lying on the ground, dropping the element and rushing over to his side. She checked him for serious wounds or injuries from the battle. She managed to only see a few cuts and bruises, but other than that, he would live. She examined herself, noticing that the cuts and injuries she had were slowly healing. She gingerly touched her arm that she had landed on when blocking the ice attack against Tenser. She winced, feeling that it was broken. It would be difficult to get Tenser back without hurting it. She took a cloth out of the shadows and used it as a sling. She sat there, cross legged for Tenser to wake.

Slowly, Tenser clawed himself out of hids dream, then looked around in, alarmed, as if expecting the sisters to still be around.
"Eva! Where did they go?"
Tenser started to get to his feet, but they collapsed underneath him. He used too much energy to walk right now. He didn't stop trying though, thinking Eva and him were still in danger.
(You think Tensers behavior after that may be cliche, but it is actually what might happen. When a man completlyu loses control in rage, they usually only remember before and after. Between that there is nothing but a blank.)

"Well... the element is here, so I'm guessing... they're dead..." Eva said seeing his legs give way and tried to help him. But her good arm had been damaged, so she had to use her weaker arm to keep him steady.

Tenser was now even more confused, still looking around.
"Dead? But how is that possible? They were about to kill you a moment ago!"
Evan with Eva's help, his legs didn't he the strength to hold him up, so he sat on his knees. He noticed Eva's arm right away.
"Eva, you're hurt! We have to get that arm fixed up or it might not heal right!"

Kazzi was gripping her head when Zelda got there, her teeth clenched in pain.

Eva shook her head. "Let's not worry about that. We need to get out of here first." Eva said looking over at him.

Kazzi didn't say anything.
Izzy stood beside Zelda. "A tall guy with orange hair came through the village, he was really freaky. Mrs. Rowen attempted to stop him, and he-" She cut off.

Zelda reached over to Kazzi and hugged her. "It'll be ok Kaz, it'll be ok..." She looked at Izzy. "And, may I ask, who are you?"
