EXPLANATION OF RATINGS: Skill Levels are 1 to 10, one is lowest, Agility refers to dodge (by any means necessary like using their powers), speed, and reaction time. Intelligence refers to how clever they can be. Power refers to how good their abilities are.
*If your character is a human with no powers, expect their ratings to be low.
