Aw. Thank you. xDD <3 I love the dress too. It was only $5 cause I found it on clearance. Also, a lot of my dresses are sorta like that color, just noticed that. =w=

You have to be lucky and find a clearance.
Then you have to be lucky and get there before anyone else.
So you get the prime picks, heck I usually only buy clothes that are $10 and under.
Except my jeans,
but I only get those when they're on sale for 1/2 off [ $15 ].
I also avoid stores like American Eagle, Hollister, Ambercrombie and Fitch.
Heck, I dislike the last two -- American Eagle is tolerable, but I'm more the Hot Topic type.

I mainly shop at places like: Hot Topic, Body Central, DEBs, Kohls.
Yet I look at the clearance rack first,
only time I'll buy something over $10 is when I really adore it and don't think it'll ever be on clearance.
Also, good thing to do,
is wait for the things you like to go on clearance.
I'll go into the stores I like, note out a few things I like --
then go back like a few weeks / month later and they'll sometimes be on clearance for 50% - 75% off.

I usually shop at Ross. They have a great clearance rack there, and the rest of their clothing is pretty cheap, too.
Second hand stores and consignment stores sometimes have good stuff, too.
