Bay Area don't get snow. Every decade or so we might get hail, but that's it. -I've only seen hail once, and that was in 2nd grade- Otherwise, I go to Lake Tahoe for snow.
EDIT: Hey Shini, is it okay if I make the NPC for Ichimi, or is someone else gonna do it?

Syu you can make as many Npcs as you want, well within reason, but yeah you can make npcs for Ichimi thats fine with me, lol sin would thank you for it! Yush. -officialy gives syu permision to do things-
