likewise, i avoid datign due to social ineptitude, shyness, and nervousness in new places. ijust know that the latter 4 can cause bad feelings, the first one is usualyl a good thing to talk about but it can be the downfall of a date.

I would think if something would be an area of conflict between two people, you would want to know it from the beginning.

soemtimes that would be the best idea. but on things like money, ex's, politics, and religion, if you like the persons personality, and you've gotten to know who they are, those things won't matter once you get far enough in the relationship.

I would like to think anyone I wanted to date would be willing to get to know me, rather than make a decision based off my views on such topics. But then, I am a naive dreamer.
