 Raen inhaled slowly as his eyes opened several hours later, catching a sweet scent almost immediately. He sighed softly, glancing down to see Mairi's head on his chest just below his throat where she was curled against him.

Mairi slept peacefully for the first time in a long while.Stirring slightly, she pressed her face into Raen's chest, not yet willing to open her eyes.

Raen inhaled very slowly, shivering slightly as he felt Mairi's tongue drift over his skin; he doubted she did it consciously or even realized it, but it was quite seductive.

Mairi's eyes slanted open slightly, the silver color, now flecked with gold permanently, swirled slightly.Looking up at Raen, she blushed slightly, having absolutely no clue to his reaction, or to what she'd done subconsciously "Hey.." She pushed a few curls from her face and gave a sheepish smile.

Raen blushed as well, more noticeably than Mairi since he found her highly attractive in that moment. A slight inhalation escaped him as he realized his body was currently demanding attention and poking Mairi's thigh and hip with its... interest/arousal. "Hello, my clear sighted angel," he murmured, frankly not trusting his voice.

Mairi's face flamed a bright ink in embarrassment when she realized what the problem was and froze, unsure of what to do?She made a small face at him, her nose wrinkling in such a way that made her look almost childish "I'm not going to bother arguing with that.." She leaned forward slightly and kissed him gently "But I will tell you that Ash is standing on the other side the door, and about ready to knock for once.."

Raen cocked an eyebrow as a very slight teasing smile flickered at the corners of his mouth. "Why argue when you look so beautiful?" he whispered playfully as he carefully slid out of the bed, reluctant to leave its warmth for several reasons, the least of which was being that near to Mairi herself. As his feet touched the marble floor, he was clothed in black wrestling boots tucked into baggy dark bronze cargo pants and a long duster jacket that swayed around his knees over a black tank top and dark red and black vest.

Mairi gave a small grin "Because I'm stubborn." She raised an eyebrow slightly when he climbed out of he bed and was instantly clothed.Se figured it had to be a god thing but didn't really get to dwell on it much as a knock sounded at the door.Seemed Ash had made up his mind.A slightly panicked look crossed Mairi's face and she wrapped the sheet around herself before disappearing into the bathroom.She regretted the movement the second she had the door shut behind her, it hurt like hell to walk.

Mairi dropped the sheet and got dressed, her movements a bit clumsy as she hopped into her jeans, nearly knocking over the one standing again, muttering curses under her breath.It was rather comical.At Raen's dry tone, there was a knowing chuckle."There's food for the pair of you in the dinning hall.We'll be waiting there."

Raen shrugged. "We'll be out shortly, Acki," he said wryly with a slight shrug, ignoring how Acheron's eyes widened in shock at the nickname that Raen unconsciously used, unaware that it was the nickname that the child that, when he'd been murdered, had been the source of the Daimons' curse. The child, Apollodorus, had also been Acheron's and Styxx's nephew.

Mairi came out of the bathroom a few minutes later wearing a pain of coal colored skinny jeans, a long pale blue tunic top belted at the waist with a silver scarf and a pair of light tan knee high leather boots.She glanced from Raen to Ash and back again, a self conscious "Can you two go on ahead..?There's something I need to do." She'd promised Apollymi that she'd help her, and she intended to keep her promise now that Archon was back with the living.
