((Blastoise, Charazard, Ivysuar, Dewgong, Magneton, Gengar)) Marcus smiled at her " Aw come on, show a former champion your skills will ya?" he asked her smiling friendly "Don't worry it not to knockout its just to show off skills." he said "Is that alright?" he asked as he crossed his arms "If you don't want to, its fine." he said putting his hands up as if they were just talking over drinks.

A long moment of silence past as Rae looked down at the gold pokeball in her hand.
"Alright. One on one. But I'm not going to go easy on you."
Akari's eyes glistened as she saw a hint of Rae's old spark return to her ice blue eyes. Rae smiled a bit as she made her way across the battlefield to her side of the arena.
"Come on out, Razorwind!" Rae tossed the gold pokeball up into the air and in a flash of white, a black, white-winged Salamance appeared; it's ice blue eyes flashing in tempo with Rae's.

((Blastoise, Charazard, Ivysuar, Dewgong, Magneton, Gengar)) Marcus smiled and pulled out his Pokeball and tossed it "Mary! Mix it up!" he said as his Gengar appeared with a smile on its face. This was not exactly an ideal match up but he thrived on such thing and enjoyed the challenge as he looked at her "First move is yours." he said and crossed his arms still having incredibly friendly smile on his face.

The oddly colored Salamance nodded and with a giant flap of his wings, he was in the air with his eyes sharp, locked in on Gengar.
"Dragon Fang." Rae ordered. Just then the Salamance roared as his fangs started glowing bright blue and elongated to a ridiculous length. The dragon started performing barrel rolls in the air as he headed for Gengar, locking the pokemon in between his fangs.

He smiled " Mary, shadowball..." he said and Gengar suddenly let a shadowball fly inside Razrowind's mouth making the Salamence let go. He smirked "Shadow Claow." he said and Mary gathered shadows forming a giant claw before hitting Salamence with it and it had more strength than usual but the gengar had not lost speed.

Salamance looked like he nodded in response to Rae's voice. The dragon turned the tables and whipped his tail smack into the Gengar, sending it down onto the arena floor with Salamance still up in the air. As soon as the ghost pokemon hit the ground, Salamance let an inferno of purple, blue, and white flames unleash from his mouth as the Gengar was hit with a Dragon Breath.

▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄xx▄xx▄x▄▄▄▄x▄xx▄xx▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ►► Salamance roared out as his body was coated in the same purple, blue, and white flames. The dragon then launched himself directly down onto Gengar, creating an impact that shook the entire gym and a crater that swallowed up the entire arena.
Akari's eyes grew wide as she watched Razorwind fly through the dust and out of the crater. Rae was giving Razorwinds commands telepathically. Akari stared at the hovering dragon.
"She said she wasn't going to do that anymore..." Akari's voice dripped with worry... She couldn't help but remember what happened last time... The girl was suddenly regretting making Rae battle.

((Blastoise, Charazard, Ivysuar, Dewgong, Magneton, Gengar)) Marcus was still smiling "Mary, rain down!" he said as a shadow ball came from the dust of the area and hit Salamnce in the face and Gengar had vanished from its place and then the Gengar used giga impact and hit the Salamance in the back smashing it down to the ground. Marcus closed his eyes "Mentality and Focus Blast!" he said and Gengar put its hand together and gathered a blue ball and focused on it getting it to a great size and then set it at Salamance right in the back.

Fear struck Akari like a freight train when she looked over at Rae's eyes. They had the same crazed look as Salamance's did. But behind Rae's ice cold eyes, lied murderous intent.
"Rae, no! Stop!"
In an instant Akari, who was sitting on the bottom bleacher, was shoving the long black-haired girl to the ground.
As soon as she hit the ground, Rae came to. She looked around for a second, trying to regain her whereabouts, and instantly realized just what was about to happen. "Razorwind! Don't!"
Too late.
Salamance fired his attack, leaving the Gengar knocked out cold.
"Razorwind..." Rae quickly reached for the gold and white pokeball in her pocket and recalled Salamance into it. "Is Gengar okay?" Rae's eyes were filled with worry as Akari helped the girl to her feet.

He walked over to them "Mary is alright." he said and smiled " It'll take more than that to actually hurt her for long." he said and called her back out. The gengar was smiling a lot more as she began "talking" to Rae. Marcus smiled "She says she enjoyed the match and would like to do it again someday and that next time she won't lose." he said. He held his hand out to Rae "It was a good match and in all honesty if it wasn't for that mysterious attack I would have taken you down." he said. He looked around and then back at the two girl "You girls hungry? Come on I'll treat you to lunch." he said motioning for them to follow.

"Oh come on, Rae! He offered! Let's go!" Akari smiled as she practially ran over to Marcus' side.
Rae sighed and reluctantly followed.
'Why did I agree to battle him? I knew that this was going to happen...' Rae said to herself as the trio exited the gym.

It was a booth so Gengar could sit down as well. He smiled "Thank for accepting the offer!" he said and looked at Rae "Your skills are rather impressive." he said "It was very interesting." he said "Its been years since someone put Gengar down." he said patting his Pokemons head. He looked at the two "So tell me a little about yourselves." he said deciding on what he was gonna order.
