Um, a lot of you seem to be forgetting that Smash Bros. is for NINTENDO CHARACTERS ONLY!!! Sonic
is cool, but unfortunately he's our respectable former rival Sega's iconic legend character. And Megaman would be great, but 1: He's so similar to Samus already that you can tell his controls would be exactly the same as hers (groan, not again), and 2: although he was originally a Nintendo character, he got stolen by Gaystation, so he's now no longer with us (R.I.P. Megaman)
crying Also, I strongly disagree with removing
any character that's unique ie. Bowser, or any character that's different enough from their counterpart to be used completely differently ie. Falco and Ganondorf, NOT Doc Mario, Pichu and although I am a huge Zelda fan, Kid Link. And characters like Jigglypuff, Princess Toadstool, Zelda (not Sheik) and especially Mr Game and Watch, who may seem crap on the surface, can actually be used with a very high level of Pownage (I've beaten three level 9's with each of them, and Peach and Game and Watch are two of my three best characters).
And back on the original topic, they should seriously put in Diddy Kong, Banjo & Kazooie and
PINBALL!!! (From Pinball Quest). That little guy was awesome. Using his stoppers and flippers for jumping, blocking and smack-down Pownage would be coolness to the
Xtreme.
