Well...
I like shota due to the innocence... it's not actually th boys themselves I like ...
And I don't care if fantasy or not, I definitly try to look at 11+ only...
I'm pretty unsure about this topic, actually I don't mention it when I meet with the other manga-fans at school...

I have no real squicks (except guro and crazy stuff like that), so shota doesn't bother me at all. I actually am quite fond of it. biggrin

I don't really have much of a squick factor and I actually enjoy shota for the most part, just not the really abusive ones.

Shota is considered where one of the 'kid' is under the age of consent which is anywhere between 16-18 (usually 1 cool .

This is Major Tom Everyone saying that "If they're younger than 14 it's gross" or whatever (and there are lots of you), you don't really like shota stupid. Shota's about little boys having sex. Yeah, yeah, the definition says "underaged" but shota pretty much equals baby rape people. Read up on the subject and shut up please. You don't like shota. Everyone else who knows what they're talking about, you guys are awesome. Well... I don't really know what to say about Shota. Because if the little boy is over 5 or 6, he can't really think by himself, and then, I can't say that is consensual sex isn't it ?
Then, I can say that it depends on the way that the story is made. But most of the time, the little boy is not too brainless, thus, most of the time, I like ^__^!

I prefer my guys a little older, but I do dip into shota sometimes. I dunno, maybe it's a little of that tainting-innocence appeal. Sometimes the art is really pretty (more cute than pretty most of the time, though), which is also a draw for me. I'm a sucker for teh pretty.
Not that I personally go for children. Nor do I accept or even tolerate ******, because I think that's just sick. I'll take this stuff in fiction, but not in real life.

its not really 13-15 so much, more like around 5
i think the char are adorable and for people who say ts bad
well, i doubt that happens in real life often and it IS just anoher yaoi book with a crazy plot xp
I aso like the high school age, but rarely anything older

I never liked shota at first... than I started to... and now I reaaally do. heart It's just so cute and so wrong; I love it so. XD *worries about soul*
I end up drawing it a lot but I think half of that reason is because shorter characters are easier on a page. I especially like when you have two little ones that have no idea what they're doing and then suddenly... smex, totally random, hardcore smexiness that you have to wonder how they learned such things. >_> It's rather funny actually. ^^;;; And they make the cutest faces! Just dress them in cat ears and bunny tails and Waiii!!!! @__@ *nosebleed*

I like shoa and really enjoyed Papa to kiss in the dark ^_^ I dome mind shots from age 12 upwards really i even write it form time to time (If you consider RoyxEd Fanfiction to be classed as shota where ed is 15 and Roy is 23, but its all cute ^_^)
