Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy smiled at Patrick for trying to cheer him up, it worked a little bit too. In fact for the first time in a long while he actually chuckled a little bit "Scheduling things being my hobby...how dull....yet so very me!" he stated with a smile, his mood considerably brighter than before. Of course Roy quickly reached into his back pocket and whipped out his planner when Patrick asked about his schedule for tomarrow "Well I'll be going to wor...." he stopped and stared at the planner with an almost surprised look on his face "Tomorrow is Christmas....." he said more to himself then Patrick. Despite all his talk about burglaries earlier due to the holidays it completely slipped his mind that TOMORROW was Christmas. He promptly shoved his planner back into his pocket as he leaned back slightly in the couch "No plans at all, I'll wake up, have some waffles and fruit, and watch Christmas movies until I fall asleep..." he explained what his whole day would be tomorrow with certainty, after all that's been his Christmas for the last four years.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick smiles back at him pleased that his efforts were helping in some way. "At least you don't over book yourself, right?" he asked him and chuckles. Looking back at the statue as he resumed painting then stops again when he noticed Roy had stopped speaking. Turns his visual back to the statue, "You can come over and do that. Kenzie would probably be out again and I have to stay indoors, but I will be graceful if you do decide that. We can even have a small feast" he said openly inviting him. "Although, I don't watch Christmas movies unless its horror or science fiction" he informs him. ╚══════════════╝

Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy was smirked as he shrugged his shoulders "Well I don't tend to leave myself much in the way of free time, usually I keep myself busy to pass the time" he explained before a very surprised look came over his face. He wasn't expecting Patrick to invite him over for Christmas so Roy remained speechless for a few moments since nobody ever even humored the idea with him "I...I'd love to come over....if it's alright.....thank you...." Roy thanked, actually more happy then he thought possible, he wasn't going to be completely alone this Christmas "I..I...umm...is there any time you'd like me to come down at or...?" he questioned, a few thought's on how his planning should go tomorrow.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick's kitten walks inside the studio eventually and over towards the couch. "Sometimes I would end up bored because I have too much time to pass in this season" he said then looks over to him noticing the silence from Roy. "Of course its alright and you're welcome" he replied. He would have never thought he would hear someone sound so happy to be invited over to his place on a holiday. Felt pretty good to him. "Anytime you want. I will be up bright and early in morning as always" he answered. ╚══════════════╝

Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy had a few things going through his head at that moment before looking towards Patrick "I'll probably come by at around nine or ten...ish" Roy stated before looking down at the ground and seeing a small white fur ball coming towards the couch "Well hey there little guy..." Roy said as he reached down and began to scratch the kittens neck a little bit "Well aren't you a cute little thing..." Roy cooed somewhat, scratching the soft lump of fur some more.

╔══════════════╗ "Okay, I will be sure to be around the front of the house around those two hours" said Patrick. He checks over his work seeing that he was almost done with the painting. Hiro purrs when he was scratched and meowed at the cooing. Patrick looks over to Roy to see what he was talking to. "That's Hiro. I adopted him the day before the snowmen attacked the city" he tells him then looks back to the statue as he has it turn to its side. He doesn't paint the bottom of the paws because it wasn't necessary. ╚══════════════╝

Roy then looked up slightly, shaking his head "Well that sucks, sentient snowmen are certainly a way to ruin the happy time of getting a pet..." he stated, the memory of that day forever solidifying his hatred for snowmen. At this point Roy hadn't really glanced at the statue that was currently being painted "So how's it coming along?" Roy asked as he was still scratching and petting the little kitten.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick nods, "Yeah, they cut in on the bonding time. Had to make sure they don't break into the house" he replied. Hiro continues to purr, "Good to see you two are getting along though" he stated and smiles. "I'm done" he said as he uses his ability to set the statue down. The statue looked to be real if you don't get too close to it. "Just need some time to dry" he went over to the sink to wash off the paintbrushes and palette. Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy heard Patrick say he was done so he quickly gave Hiro a gentle pat on the head before getting up and walking to the statue. As he stared at it from a foot or so away an almost dopey grin crossed his face as his face as he got much closer to it without touching it "Wow...this is...absolutely amazing!" with an amazed look in his eyes "It's almost like it could spring to life any second...!" of course before Roy could ask how much he owed Patrick for the statue he asked if there was anything he wanted to do. Roy paused and thought for a moment "Um...well if I'm being honest I...can't think of anything at the moment...my whole plan was just coming down to pay you a visit...I didn't really think of anything beyond that..." he explained, actually surprised at himself for not scheduling anything to do after visiting.

He was sure Kenzie would have suggested putting it on the front porch to trick people with the illusion of it being alive. He picks up Hiro after the kitten meows at him and holds him in his arms. "How about having a snack?" he offered. He carries Hiro as he was leaving out the studio and heading for the kitchen. ╚══════════════╝

╔══════════════╗ Patrick smiles when Roy accepts the snack offer and led the way to the kitchen. He does enjoy having company at his house, "What do you think of the house so far, Roy?" he asked. He laughs some at the man's question thinking of it as a joke. "Anything you like. The last person I could baked British and Dutch food" he tells him thinking of Estelle. He let Hiro down after entering the kitchen then he washed his hands at the kitchen sink. ╚══════════════╝

Some might have thought that he was only kidding but he was actually dead serious when he said empty. Roy then thought for a moment "Something light....I'm not that picky, maybe a salad of some kind or something?" he said, looking at Patrick with a small smile.

╔══════════════╗ Hiro watches them from a distance and was very content. "You live in an apartment? What district?" Patrick asked basically requesting information on Roy's address. "In that case, we could make the salad together" he suggested. He moves to get the salad bowl then get a couple of knives to chop with. "Could you get he vegetables from the fridge, Roy?" he requested as he moves the chopping board to a counter. ╚══════════════╝
