 Ana bopped the fox on the head about her comment about her smelling badly. "I showered today! Maybe it's yourself that you're smelling." She retorted before she sat down in the nearest couch and pushed her dark hair from her face. "It's the safest place that he's gonna get and my mentor is better than a majority of the doctors that spent ten years at medical school. If anyone can do anything for that leg, he can."╔════════════════════════════════

Ana glared at the fox, warning it to stop insulting her before she skinned the creature of all it's lovely white fur. "At least I don't look like the child of a dandelion and a flat-faced pug." She growled before she closed her eyes and slouched in the seat, making herself as comfortable as possible with the fox there with her. After a few mintues of trying to get comfortable, she picked up the fox and, after laying sideways on the couch, placed the fox on her abdomen. "I'll be in more trouble than even Dr. Seuss could ever imagine."╔════════════════════════════════

Ana didn't allow the fox to get to her this time with such words, but the fox's inquiring about why she was doing this for Nobuyuki startled her. Her face didn't show it, but she was scrambling for some reaosn or another. Opening one dark eye and looking at the creature, she finally replied, "Perhpas it's because I feel... indebted to him for reminding me that I'm only human."╔════════════════════════════════

The fox recalled when Nobuyuki picked her up off the side of the road after some human tired to kill her and how kind he treated her no matter what she did. Analiese listened to the fox befor her eyes closed again, her mind extremely tired from barely getting any sleep the past couple of nights. "It would be best if you didn't appear as a spirit beast. My mentor is a full-blown Soul Vanquisher, one fo the top ten from what I've gathered lately. He won't hesitate to murder you, me, and Nobuyuki if it meant that the existence of the Soul Vanquishers was still private and not public."
Then she sat up abruptly when the fox mentioned living with Nobuyuki and quickly said, "No! I would be more of a bother than a house-mate. I would be off hunting creatures and... and I want him to be safe..." Then she thought mroe on how it would protect her new friend from other creatures that would probably target him. "But... if what you say is true about protecting him... perhaps I'll be willing to mention something to Soloman."╔════════════════════════════════

Ana listened to the second part of the proposition and was beginning to like it more and more. It would probably riase her higher in the ranks of Soul Vanquishers as well as protect Nobuyuki from other creatures that wished him ill. "Fine then, I'll talk with him after Soloman's done and Nobuyuki is awake." Then she shuddered. "What will I tell Nobuyuki? I gave him the memory erasing stuff... he won't understand that I'm protecting him."╔════════════════════════════════

Ana slowly leaned back in the couch and her eyes drifted shut again, "I'll... I'll worry about it tomorrow..." She said with a yawn as she rolled over, making sure not to totally disturb the fox, and fell instantly asleep.
"She'll never learn, will she?" Soloman asked himself as he shut the door again after listening to Ana speak with the fox. He went back to patching up Nobuyuki's wounds, focusing on the leg more than anything else. "I had thought that I'd taught her better... obviously not...."╔════════════════════════════════

Soloman leaned back a bit and grunted slightly when the boy seemed to snap out of unconsciousness, but then after looking harder, he realized that the boy was still asleep. "She's alright, boy." The gruff man replie dbefore setting back to work, hoping that the answer would keep the boy from waking up. After he finished his work, she stood and walked to the kitchen, ignoring the fox's very presence as he made and poured himself a cup of black coffee. Then he stepped inot the living room in which Ana slept with the fox keeping her warm. "Whatdya want, pup?" He asked, his expression seemingly always a harsh frown. "I know what you are, so don't even try playing cute with me."╔════════════════════════════════
