><><><><><>Akashisen<><><><><><  As she approaches the heartless, they start to surround her, as if they were examining her. Cautiously, she walks in the middle of the open area and stops there, looking around her as the heartless fly around her. She grips her keyblade and closes her eyes. "I'm sorry Charlene...looks like our paths..may not cross again.." she says to herself, she then holds her keyblade with both hands, holding it up, getting ready to defend herself for as long as she can.
A heartless starts charging up energy, shooting an ice ball at her. She dodges it, noticing another one that shoots a thunder ball at her. She blocks it with her keyblade but is blown back a little. She then throws her keyblade at the heartless and hits it, summoning her keyblade back to her, she learned that from Charlene. Unfortunately, the heartless she hit was still alive. She kept defending herself to what seemed forever as Miao watched helplessly, she eventually starts getting exhausted, having a few burn marks on her. She was able to kill one heartless, but 7 still remain.
She pants, struggling to stand up. A heartless shoots a fireball at her and she dodges it, however, she didn't notice the one behind her charging up energy. It shoots a ice ball at her which hits her shoulder. "Agh!" she screams in pain, holding her shoulder which is now hurting by the cold of that ice ball. She holds up her keyblade with her still good arm, the other one dangling. She's almost at her limit.
She looks at Miao who is still immobile, and gives her a small smile. Then looks back at the heartless. She then throws her keyblade at the heartless which hits 2 at once, killing them, but when she threw her keyblade, she falls to her knees, but re-summons her keyblade to her. She tries lifting the keyblade, but she is already too weak and injured. She is unable to continue defending herself. She looks up at the remaining 5 heartless, expecting one of them to attack her. Eventually, one of them does, shooting a wind ball at her, however, it hits the ground in front of her, the wind from the impact of it blows Akashisen back. She flies some distance to where she just was, landing onto her back, and her keyblade landing a little bit farther than she can reach. She can't reach for her keyblade and she can't get up. She stares at the sky for awhile, eventually losing consciousness.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~  "Aka!!!" she screams, taking a step which pains her burnt leg. She looks down at her leg, then back at Akashisen who is laying on the ground, motionless. Thinking that she may be dead, Miao starts to think that she's useless, and starts to get mad at herself. "Hey you stupid flying things! Leave her alone! Go for me!" she yells at the heartless. She then throws her shield at them, hitting one of them. The shield flies back to her, and she throws it again, hitting another one. Doing that, the heartless are drawn away from Akashisen, and to Miao.
She throws her shield again, but this time it misses, but when it flies back to her, it hits on of them which kills it. "Yes!" she cheers, she then notices one of them charging up energy and then shooting a fire ball at her. She hides behind her shield, which blocks the fire ball from hitting her, and it absorbs the element of the ball. She then throws her shield, while flying towards the heartless, it catches on fire, and hits the heartless which kills it. As the shield flies back to Miao, it loses its fire element, making her able to catch it.
It takes her awhile to defeat them one by one, but she manages to. She ends the conflict, having some burns all over her body. She pants as she looks around, not seeing a single heartless left. She sighs of relief, glad that it's finally over. She then remembers about her fallen friend, "Aka!!!" she screams, taking a step toward her but falling down to the ground. "Ow! Damn it..", she forgot that her leg was still burnt. She crawls her way towards Akashisen, "Aka...are you still alive..please...wake up.." she says, finally reaching her. She then starts shaking her, "Hey..come on..get up..", Akashisen however, does not wake up. Miao silently sits at Akashisen's side for what seems to be a long time. She then looks around, seeing no one else in sight. She looks back down at Akashisen, and holds her shield up. "...I'll protect you..until you wake up.." she says, staying by Akashisen's side, not knowing what to do now.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~  As time passes, Miao starts to become tired. She looks down at Akashisen, who is still unconscious. She's saddened as there is nothing she can do for her, she doesn't know what to. She looks at her leg which is still burnt from the battle. "If only we had potion, then this wouldn't have happened" she says to herself. She looks around, nobody or no heartless still in sight.
"Where is everybody..?" she says, kind of unnerved by the lonely feeling. It's as if she and Akashisen are the only ones in town.

A golden key, Kingdom Key D, was pointed at them. It was lowered. A teen peered from the shadows, his eyebrows arched. "That was close.." The weapon vanished into golden fragments. The teen made an rather mellow sigh. He approached them in concern. "You two okay?" Upon arriving, he had both hands slid in his pockets.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~ She looks at her leg which is now better, and then at Akashisen who is healed, but unfortunately, still unconscious. She then looks up at the boy. "Th-Thanks..." she then remembers her duty, quickly getting up, and standing in between Akashisen and the boy. "W-Wait, hang on a second, I appreciate you healing us, but who are you?" she says, holding her shield in front of her at the boy. She doesn't know who this boy is, thinking he may be a threat, or might be planning to do something to Akashisen while she's unconscious.

It is weird that he just randomly healed them out of nowhere. He rubbed the back of his head. "My name is Haseo." Haseo introduced himself. "Just so you know, I'm no threat."

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~ Miao looks at the boy, who seems to not be a threat, however, she is still unsure. After all, this time, it's a person Akashisen hasn't befriended. She looks down at Akashisen, then back at the boy, she then decides to do something to confirm if he's really good or not. "You may not look like it, but I want to make sure myself..so turn around with your hands on your head..or in the air..or wherever, as long as I can see them." she says, still holding her shield in front of her.

Haseo lifted an eyebrow. Okay, she's kind of taking it a bit too far. She told him to put his hands on his head and turn around. Sounds like cops and robbers, but whatever. "Geez, what does this have to do with trust? I told you that I meant no harm." Haseo thought this was complete nonsense. He sighed. "Whatever, I guess." He turned his back. to her, placing his hands on his head.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~  Miao stays where she is for awhile and approaches the boy cautiously. "All right, let's see if I can see if he's really a 'good guy' or not" she thinks to herself as she's walking to him. She reaches the boy and looks at him, then his body, "Hmm" she hums to herself. She then lowers her shield and sniffs him, noticing that he has the scent of a person with light in them.
She steps back and looks down, "Sorry..you're really a good person aren't you" she says, apologizing to the boy. "It's a rule for me and my friend to never trust someone we just met, no matter how friendly they may seem" she says to explain her caution towards him.

The teen examined his surroundings. "You might wanna get her to safety. Things won't be pretty later on." He suggested, being weary of the still atmosphere around them. "Let's go to the First District." He pointed his key at the locked door that led to the First District. It slowly opened, revealing the sight of the designated area.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~ She looks at Akashisen, and back at Haseo, nodding. She then walks back to Akashisen and picked her up, carrying her piggyback style. "All right Aka, let's get you back to safety.." she says to the unconscious Akashisen. She then goes into the first district through the gate Haseo opened for them, going ahead of him.

~8~8~8~8~8~Miao~8~8~8~8~8~ Miao returned to the third district, her shield out, ready for the heartless if they were to come out. She looked around, expecting the heartless to appear, and they do, however, only a few appears this time. "All right, I didn't get to fight you with my full potential last time..this time, I'm fully prepared" she says confidently, holding her shield in front of her to block any of the heartless' attacks.
According to her, their colors decide their elements. The yellow is thunder, the blue is ice, and the green is wind. For some reason, the red one didn't appear, but she assumes that it's fire, the one that burned her leg before. Eventually, the green one starts charging up it's wind ball, shooting it at her. She dodges it and throws her shield at it, hitting it, but not killing it yet. "Ok, so these guys are tougher than the small guys.." she says, throwing her shield at it again, which then kills it, "But it's weaker than the fat and helmet guys..". As she is fighting the heartless, she studies their moves, noticing that they mostly use their magic, attacking with their melee sometimes.
Understanding her enemy, she uses their elements against them, using her shield to absorb their element whenever they shoot their energy balls at her. She throws her shield at them when it has an element on it, which causes more damage then her regular shield throws. Eventually, she defeats them, feeling confident. "Ok, now I know how to beat these guys just in case Aka wants to face them again." she says. With her observation of the heartless, she heads back to the first district.

They walked into the square. A few heartless floated in the air. Jaecen stopped in the center of the square. "Okay, so this is a good place to do some training." He held his hand in front of him and called the Omnikey. "Try calling yours."
Maci closed her eyes.
"Eh, try not to rupture a vein." His eyes closed as he shook his head.
"Bah! I can't freaking do this!" She exclaimed.
Maci's fell with a reddened face.
Jaecen sighed and helped her up. "Look at it this way," His voice became calm and flowing. "Close your eyes, clear your mind, and imagine only the sword."
Maci took a deep breath, closed her eyes and cleared her mind. Holding out her hand, a blurry image of a weapon played in her thoughts. A heavy pressure enveloped her hand. Opening her eyes, she gasped. "I did it!"
"What's with that Assassin's Stance?"
The way Maci holds the Keyblade is very peculiar. The blade is parallel with her right forearm and the ground. Normally, a sword is wielded in either a high stance, low stance, or a side wielding stance, but Maci is using a stance similar
to the wielding of a dagger or knife. This gives her comfort since it is a defensive stance. However, this stance can be changed to an offensive side wielding stance in order to be effective.

Jaecen shook his head. "Nevermind," he called his omnikey and held it with a different stance. "Since I can't use the gun, I'll hold my weapon like this."
"We are going to spar." He held the Keyblade out. Maci stared in wonder as the hilt moved to compensate his stance. "Ready?"
Maci replied, "Ready as I'll ever be."
Jaecen leapt into the air ad descended with a downward slash. Maci parried and smacked the side of his chest with the flat of her Keyblade. After getting up, Jaecen stood thinking quickly. How do I attack a defensive stance? He ran around her, Mack's eyes followed his movement. With every circle, he is getting closer to me. Once he reaches a certain point, finish this.
Jaecen spiraled in ever closer. As soon as he hit the designated spot, Maci nailed him with the hilt of her Keyblade. Jaecen went flying and bounced off of the pavement, landing on his stomach.
" Jaecen!" Her Keyblade hit the ground and vanished.
She ran over to him and knelt at his side. Her head swam with worry. She rolled him onto his back. His eyes are open. Maci examined him a little more. She sighed deeply. His eyes are distant, he is going to have a pretty bad concussion.
Maci tried dragging him, she tried picking him up and carrying him, but it was to no avail. She fell to the ground with a frustrated grunt. "Why do I have to be so weak?"

┌────────────────────────────┐ Humming a tune, Renton walked down the stairs with his messenger bag over his shoulder. He had picked up a few things from the shops in the Second District such as ether, elixirs, and even mega potions that those of which came at a fair price. Of course, he was forced to slay heartless along his journey. "I got all I need.. Just need to train-" Renton paused in mid-sentence. He noticed a girl trying her hardest to drag some guy who fell unconscious, but failed. "Oi! You guys alright?" Renton hurried to them in concern. "What happened?"
