Zant allowed himself a grin. "Yes..." he forced the portal open again, making sure it would remain open. "It is time to take back what is ours. Twilight will spread through the land like a parasite. We will be able to move freely once more." He put his hand through the warp, feeling it dissolve to shadow. "Invoke," he murmured... and the Twilight blossomed.
Midna looked around. From what Princess Zelda has said the last time they had met (years and years ago), this was Ordon Village, where the fabled "Hero of Time" now lived. She stiffened as she felt the Twilight open up into the village.

"I have a question," smiled Ganondorf. "Where's the light sword here? If I am to see him then I would gladly like to fight him." By him he was referring to Link...the Hero of Time...the man that weakened him and caused the Sages to be sealed so long ago.
Viktor walked closer to Midna and poked her. "It's rude to ignore people," he told her and reached inside the bag, pulling out an apple and holding it in front of her with a smile. "You must be hungry."

Midna blinked; curiously enough, a human was able to see her. She reached for the apple, but her shadowy form merely passed through it. "Run," she hissed. "Run from this place." The Twilight would come soon, she knew. The entire village had only minutes, maybe seconds, before the Twilight arrived and they lost their physical bodies.
"I am not sure," admitted Zant. "I think it is in the vault." He felt around to make sure the spell was working- yes. "I'll show you." He began walking towards the vault room.
(Midna is a shadow when out of Twilight. She can only hold her physical form in Twilight.)

Ganondorf smiled and followed Zant. "Thank you," he said as they walked towards the vault. The room soon grew silent and the guards lay on floor, dead. Ganondorf stepped over a body.
Viktor faintly heard her and raised an eyebrow. "Why should I run?" he asked as he saw her hand pass through the apple. It didn't really scare him but he did frown. Putting the apple in the bag he sat down and said, "I'm hiding right now and it's a little hot out. The shade feels good."

"Dummy," Midna said sullenly. Her new form- and the betrayal by her cousin- had left her tired and annoyed. "Fine, lose your stupid body for all I care." She looked up at the harsh, bright sun. Though she loved the Twilight Realm, she had always been bitter about leaving the lovely land of Hyrule. The Twilight would be fine with her, but most certainly not with the natives of the land.
Zant continued down the hall, stepping over the distorted bodies of Twili as he went, until he reached the vault. "Locked," he announced, "and warded with protection. I'd wager this is it. Care to do the honors?"

Ganondorf nodded and walked forward. Holding up his hand, the Triforce of Power glowed and he formed it into a fist. Pulling back he threw the punch forward.
Viktor looked at the little imp and chuckled. "Okay...I'll leave but only if you come with me."

Midna cowered in the shade, reluctant to move into the sun. "I can't," she said. "I... um... have a skin condition. Can't be in the sun." A lame excuse, but she hoped it would work. A faint buzzing pricked her ears. The Twilight was here.
Zant watched with approval as the vault door crumpled. The sword lay beyond it. "All yours," he said. "Ordon Village should be covered in Twilight now. We can move into it freely." He sauntered out of the vault.

"...try moving in my shadow." Viktor said as he stood up and began to walk in the sun, his shadow being rather large because of his weapons.
Ganondorf walked into the vault and wrapped his hand around the sheath of the weapon. Grabbing the handle and pulling it out. "What a wonderful weapon...it will serve me well," smiled the Gerudo as he sheathed it and turned to walk out of the vault. "Let's go," he smiled.

Midna shook her head. "Too late," she murmured, as the amber-black Twilight swept over the region. She felt her physical form materialize and watched as the people vanished.
Zant continued walking until he reached the throne room. Where the throne once sat, there was now a black portal, tinged with Midna's signature cyan. He reached through to make sure the Twilight was complete, and nodded in satisfaction. "I'll have to control the Twilight up to Hyrule Castle," he warned, "then you'll have to hide yourself."

Ganondorf nodded and walked through the portal.
Viktor looked at her with a raised eyebrow before he felt something odd. He gasped in pain and kneeled on the floor, feeling himself change. "W-what's happening?!" he asked with a grunt. Glancing at the imp he felt his eyes grow wide. Before him stood a woman with black and light gray skin. There were blue lines over her body.

Midna watched the poor man as he transformed into a Twilight wolf. "I'm sorry," she murmured, stroking his head. Despite the pity she felt for the village, it was nice to be back in Twilight again. But enough about that; she needed to find the one Zelda spoke highly about- the "Hero of Time," he was called. "I'll be back soon," Midna told Viktor. Then she turned and ran- well, floated- off in the Twilight.
Zant stepped into the village, altering the Twilight to create a path to Hyrule castle. He glanced behind him at Ganondorf, who had entered the Twilight and would be changing any second now. "When we get to Hyrule Castle, you must hide," he instructed.

Ganondorf nodded and walked into the Twilight. He showed a slightly pained face and was then into his pig form. Looking up at Zant he nodded that he was ready.
Viktor stood up after he was fully transformed and chased after Midna. He opened his mouth and tried to talk but all that came out was a bark.

Midna looked between her legs, flipping over in the process. "Waaah! Don't follow me, you idiot!" she yelped. "Yeesh, wanna get captured, don't you?"
Zant held his arms up, manipulating the Twilight, adding more Twilight into the world, walking towards Hyrule Castle.
(At the rate we're going, we'll need a Zelda soon... sweatdrop )

Ganondorf followed him with a pig squeal.
Viktor slid to a stop a few feet ahead and walked beside her, sitting down and looking at her with his tongue hanging out. He wanted to converse with her but knew he couldn't.

"No getting away from you, is there?" Midna said in a flat tone. She didn't have time for this suicidal tagalong. She needed to find the Hero of Time, and fast.
(Well... I've always wanted to be Zelda... great, I'll be two of Link's sweethearts in this RP.)
