Gage looked up at the menu from his snuggled spot and started laughing, almost falling off the counter in the process. He plucked the menu from Stella's hands and flipped it right side up, putting it back in her hands "It helps if it's right side up Stell...." he laughed softly, cuddling back into her neck and looking at the menu as he pulled out his cell and made the call... A few minutes later, he'd ordered for them both and was still buried into her neck, laying soft kisses down it "Alright, now, want to start the movie while we wait, or wait until the food gets here to start the movie...?"

"Lets wait until the food gets here." She ran her fingers through his hair and sighed happily. The time seemed to pass fairly quickly while they were waiting for their food. Most likely a combination of cuddling and kissing did the trick. Stella jumped off the counter and got the food from the guy while Gage paid. She set the food on the night stand and popped the movie in the DVD player. Hitting play so it would roll through the advertisements while he was paying the delivery guy. She sat up against the propped up pillows on his bed, grabbing her food boxes and bit her lip. When Gage joined her she giggled and hit play on the actually movie, opening up her food and taking a small bite.

Gage walked into the room, their drinks in hand. He set them on the nightstand and sat back next to Stell. He stretched out and got comfortable, opening his own boxes as the movie began, he grabbed one of the chopstick sets, and wielded them like a pro as he started eating. He leaned back as he ate, watching the movie mostly in silence, occasionally he'd reach over, petting down Stella's arm or leg as they ate. "Do you realize how gorgeous you are?" he nuzzled her cheek as he spoke, smiling at her

Stella stumbled a bit with her chopsticks but finally got the hang of it, munching on some chow mein as Gage nuzzled her cheek. She swallowed and giggled. "You might of mentioned it." She smiled, wiping her mouth with a napkin before turning her head and kissing him lightly. "Did I ever tell you your incredibly sexy?" She turned back to the movie, finishing her food just as the movie ended.

Gage chuckled softly and kissed her cheek. "You may have thought it, but you've never said it, no..." He finished his own food as the movie was done, and started cleaning up the mess they'd made before he'd take her home

Stella hopped up and helped him clean, smoothing out his bed and setting the pillows straight. She took out the movie and popped it back in its case, placing it where she got it from. She slipped her shoes back on and remembered she left her purse and the Fredericks back in his car. "Thanks for today Gage. I had fun." She kissed his cheek lightly and smiled.

Gage chuckled as he led her out of the apartment and to the car, helping her in. "It's perfectly alright... I had a blast as well..." He smiled as he climbed into the car and started it up, pulling away from the complex and heading to Stella's place.

Stella really had nothing to say to Gage so she sat in silence the whole way home. When they finally pulled in front of her house the light in Steph's room was on but everything seemed still. Way to still. "Thanks again Gage.." She blushed, suddenly feeling really awkward around him. She made sure her sister wasn't looking as she leaned over and kissed him deeply, only pulling away after a few seconds. She grabbed her stuff and hopped out, running inside and up to her room. Dropping her things on her bed before walking to her sisters room. "Why were you with Gage today.." Stephanie looked at Stella coldly, and Stell's stomach dropped.
"We went to the mall. We're just friends Stephanie." Stella peeked in her sisters room to make sure no one else was in there. "That is bull s**t. He's my ex boyfriend stay away from him." Stephanie started to sound angry, her eyes seemed to burn with hatred and something more evil lurked in them. "Steph I'm not tr..." She was cut off when her sister pushed her back against the wall and pulled her down to the ground.

Gage nodded as Stell exited the car and smiled, watching her vanish inside before he pulled away from the house. He headed home, kicking back with a xbox controller in his hand, his feet up on the coffee table. He'd really had fun today, being out with Stella... His stomach shivered at the thought of her and he sighed... He shouldn't react to her like this so quickly... He needed time to get over what Steph had done....

Stephanie tried to throw punches at Stella, missing a couple of times but nailing a few. Stella fought back, after a few minutes she threw her sister off her, pushing her down the stairs. She jumped up and ran to her room, locking it and shoving a chair under the door knob. She grabbed her purse and a bigger bag, shoving clothes and other necessities. She opened her window and looked down at the drop and gulped. She grabbed teddy and threw him down first, jumping after him. She landed in a crouch and looked up stairs, hoping her sister had barely gotten up. Stell ran around to the front of the house and hopped in her car throwing her stuff in the back and driving a block or two away before stopping. Her lip was puffy and bleeding and her nose hurt but wasn't broken. She pulled out her phone and thought about texting someone but tossed it to the side and drove to Gage's house. She parked the car and walked to his apartment and knocked on the door. Leaning herself against the wall and waited, tears streaming down her cheeks. I shouldn't be here. I should of gone somewhere else..

ɢαɢєGage jumped as the knock sounded on his door... Ok, so playing scary games wasn't fun when random people beat on your door.... He took a deep breath and paused, standing up. "I'll be right there!" Gage was wearing gym shorts and not much else as he answered the door, looking over to find Stella standing next to his door, he arched one eyebrow as he took in her appearance and then looked over at the clock and back... "I left you at home what, max an hour ago... What happened babe?" he looked around and ushered her inside, shutting the door behind them.

Stella looked up at Gage and desperately wanted to bite her lip, but stopped knowing it would hurt like crazy. "Your ex girlfriend happened.I walked in the door, went to go talk to her and she yelled at me for hanging out with you. I tried telling her nothing was going on and she slammed me against the wall, pushed me to the ground and started throwing punches.. I pushed her down the stairs..." Stella was shaking, she couldn't hold still and she really need to go clean up her lip. She turned away from Gage and walked to the bathroom, grabbing a wash cloth and getting it wet, wiping the blood off her lip and patting it lightly. Her nose looked fine and one of her eyes was slightly purple. Nothing a little makeup couldn't fix.

He followed her into the bathroom and sat down on the counter near her, looking at the bruising... He pushed the hair back from her face, looking at where her eyebrow was bruised and looked almost split, but her lip was. With a sigh, he took the washcloth away, and used a different one, made of microfiber... Far softer on bruises and cuts. He wet it down and helped her clean up, a frown settling itself between his eyebrows, and rage filling his eyes. There was no excuse for Stephanie doing this to Stella, regardless of him being involved or not... No reason at all...

Stella held completely still as Gage finished cleaning up her cuts. She looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. "I hope her face looks worse than mine..." She laughed and her lower lip quivered. "I'm sorry Gage.. I shouldn't of come here... I'm not going home though.. If you need to find me just text me.." She turned and walked out of the bathroom, starting to second guess herself on coming here. She walked down the hall and stopped just in front of the front door. Silently wondering if Gage would just let her walk out the door.

Gage froze for several long moments as he watched her walk away, and then frowned and took off after her... He stopped her with one hand gently on her arm, turning her to face him, he ran his thumb down her cheek. "As inappropriate as it may be, you can stay here... In fact I'm kinda demanding it... I don't want you to be somewhere else...."
