Sugar Dhaku Lanfaer Blasphemy. You need to remove from your jutsu: Dragonfire Jutsu Phoenix Flower Fireball (Fure Bullet) Grand Fireball Those are Uchiha Restricted. What kind of bullshit is that? Other character used those techniques. Grand Fireball was used by a few people - like Jiraiya, for one - and Dragonfire...seriously? In this one they are listed as Uchiha specific. I wasn't sure till I looked, but they are.

Apply for the Sharingan Clan.
Tell me about your sword. If it has powers, then you are not allowed to have it while you are a ninjutsu class. The sword cannot have no powers now and spontaneously have powers later. No. If you are going to have a special sword, you need to be of A-rank or so, and be a Weapon Class character.

Background History: Seraphina or rather Serah was born in the fire country and lived in a small home with her parents. When she was 9 years old her little brother was born and started to get more attention than her. She hated that and started to do pranks within Konoha and to her family. She had spray painted the current hokage's face once but had to clean it up. She was known to pour gallons of paint on people from the roof of a builden. Her parents still never gave her the attention she wanted. When she turned 12 her father and baby brother went missing one day and her mother cried and cried. Seraphina got even less attention. Her mother died at 38 from starvation cause she refused to eat till she found her husband and child. Seraphina left her home and went back to Konoha. At 13 she finished the academy just barely passing and still pranking. Serah still prives for attention since she barely got any when her brother was born.
