At seeing Roy, Maes, and Gracia leaving the bar, Grumman stood up instantly to follow the group. Before leaving, he pardoned himself from the group of girls that sat at his table. "My appologies ladies but I must leave for the moment." Upon hearing this, all of the girls began to moan in disappointment. They begged him to stay but good old Grumman shoke his head. "I am really needed elsewhere at the moment. I'm truely sorry." He grabbed his unfinished glass of wine and proceeded to follow the group outside the bar. He thought to himself "How should I bring this up?" He placed his right hand in his coat pocket, where his hand grasped a train ticket for one to the Hawkeye Estate. "How should I give this to Roy?"

(Hehe... I thought it would be cool twist if Grumman had already bought Roy a train ticket, don't you think? Winks.)

~ Riza Hawkeye ~
At home


"Looking through this window, in this place, looking at the backyard, of the house, where I growed up, is somewhat ironic" Riza writed in her note book, diary, or whatever it is, watching the fields and the trees, especially one very leafy, leaned against the window frame and sighed, remembered very well that always, when her father locked himself in his study, she used to go sit just right there, and watch the house, try to magine how wonderful would be see her father going out to play with her, or at least...talk, but he never did.

Alchemy was important to him.
Along with a million other things that were not in the list of normal parents of other children. But she loved that man, anyways.


Then began to think...
It was possible to live a happy life now?

Looked at her hands, killer hands....

But protected someone she loved, doesnt it?, was worth, bear that guilt, because he was just right in the place he wanted to be, just like his dream was, in the top of the country....ironic.

Alchemy is important to him too.
Along with the military, his country, politics, justice, freedom, democracy, the well being of the people of Amestris...and billions of other things more. Aaaaaaaaaand she loved that man, anyways....


The same story, written, AGAIN.
She could stand a lot, but no more that cold indifference, that already lived with her father, she was a strong woman, but, she needed time to be her, to be, just what she wanted to be.

Miss Riza Hawkeye.
A woman with taste, hobbies and dreams. Able to feel love, pain, sadness and joy freely, be weak for a moment. That was the point on leave her gun.

Maybe now she could take a breath, no violence, no horror, no more. Smiled sad closing her eyes, breathing deeply, it felt strange without her gun, unprotected, naked, but at the same time a huge relief, like if a tremendous burden on her shoulders had disappeared suddenly.

Definitely had to relearn how to be carefree again, giggled and opened her eyes slowly, feeling the sweet wind, the calm, stretched a little and yawned " Yup, Im going in a good way " said for herself and looked to the tree again, the house now was painted in white, with the window´s frame in brick red, took out a picture, of the house when her mother was still alive, and smiled, the house was very beautiful back then, nothing like how it used to look after.

Her mother was the energy source of her father, in the picture Berthold Hawkeye looked so handsome and strong, all an alchemist, his smile was of complete happyness, and her mother all wonderful with that almond eyes, and amazing golden hair, oh and her grand father, caressed the picture " Im sorry Grandpa " she was going to need send him a letter, to let know the old man that, she was safe, maybe he was going to let Roy know that she actually was alright.

"Riza-san!!!! " shouted her friend from downstairs " the food is ready!! "

Smiled, making the bed, with new blankets and sheets, walking towards the door, outside the room, went downstairs " Thank you Alice " said softly " but you could let me help "

"Neh neh, I didnt wanted, Eddie finished with the water pipelines, so you have drinking water now "

"Oh Really?, Thats great!!, thank you, you have helped me a lot, with this, how can I pay you?" asked, while crossing the livingroom.

"You dont have to Riza-san, we are happy to have you around again, I think you can move here already, the place is safe now again" said her friend husband while wiping his hands, entering through the front door.

"Thanks Eddie, you did an awsome job" they went to sit at the table, the smell of home cooking and the warmth of a home, made Riza smile again, a quiet smile, pure and happy smile.
She needed good memories, to replace the bad ones, needed happy experiences to start over, and this time, like Riza Hawkeye, not the soldier, not as the daughter of Berthold Hawkeye, this time, like the woman she is, named Riza Hawkeye.



(( Grumman HAVE to go, is not an option xD, the rest can go or stay, or what ever they want lol, but Grumman dont have another choice lol ))

"Roger!!!!! " said standing suddenly, happy, full of enthusiasm and happiness, with determination " Yes sir !! come on my darling!! this will be awsome " said to Jean, with her eyes glowing excited, when everyone was outside, she standed next to Roy and started " What you have to remember, is that Riza, is a simple woman, she like the little elegant, feminine and subtle things, so, thats the good part of everything for us, is easy to buy something for her, she could be happy with the most little thing, now you can choose between, a simple ring without a diamond, or with diamond, that is your own choice, what I advise you to DONT forget, are...flowers, she LOVE, the yellow roses, those BIG yellow roses, I saw her once, see them and her eyes were glowing in such a light " said smiling.

Grumman struggled to form a response to Mustang's statement. He thought "That's right, a engagement ring. Roy hasn't bought one yet? I could have sworn that he did." Upon hearing Rebecca's suggestions, Grumman nodded in agreement but didn't comment on the matter. He instead replied "Roy, I had a feeling you were going to leave for Riza tonight so I bought you a ticket." He quickly pulls out the ticket form his coat pocket and places it in Mustang's hands. He then continues "Unfortunately... I didn't predict that you would want all of us to join you. However, I buy the rest of the tickets while the rest of you help Roy find a ring. Please hurry though, our train will be leaving at 11:30pm and if we miss it, there won't be another one available till tomorrow around noon." Grumman hailed for a cab and, with a quick farwell, left for the train station.

Hughes has an idea! " Oh OH We should go to the store that me and Gracia went to to get her ring!" Hughes picks up Gracia's hand and shows off the huge rock around a band of gold on Gracia's ring finger."Oh Hughes stop, your embarressing us! ^ ^"Gracia pretends to be embaressed but doesnt bother to put hand down as ring continues to sparkle." Roy, you know Riza's finger size? oh no mind, we'll just guess a big number since it will shrink later on in the years..." Hughes looks around the street for someithng that reminds him of where it was exactly." Well I think it's two city blocks down from here... Lets take a taxi..."

Hughes' immitated Armstrong's impatience. Come now people, Let us get a move on!!!" Hughes waved people into the taxi and jumped in after Gracia." Here you go Sir, that's $100 We need to get to Monicci's Jewlery store in half an hour!" Taxi cab driver looked at Huughes with a smug smile."You picked the right taxi people... hold your banna hamocks...." Taxi goes speeding off in a cloud of dust and newspapers.

With a smile, Jean replied "Yes, it is pretty amazing! Everything is happening so fast that I am having a hard time keeping up with it all." He pauses for a moment so as to take another puff of his cigarette. "That's right, both you and Riza grew up in the same town. I can't wait to see it myself." He gave a huge smile when he saw how proud Rebecca was of her ring. He entered the cab along with his wife. "Here's a 150 dollars sir. Follow that other taxi!" The Havoc's cab took off, following closely behind the Hughes' cab.
