Lol, yer funny. Unfortunately, the chair force would lose.
As to how? Simple. All of the fighters and bombers not stealth, we would pick up about two hundred miles before they got close enough to be effective. The Aegis system would lock on and target them, then our phalanxes would shred them. If any got close enough, our F/A-18 hornets and super hornets would take care of them. Oh, and the Hornets and super hornets are the most versatile jets the military has. May not be the fastest, but it's the most maneuverable. Not to mention, the F/A is a prefix that stands for Fighter/Bomber. It can do both missions. And we still have harriers, which are bombers.
As for the stealth jets? There are still few of them. They would go down easily. And we actually have more bombs than they do. They aren't the kind you drop, though. Keep this in mind as the tomahawks from our submarines rain holy hell fire down on the bases. I could keep going, but I think you get my drift.

The airforce has more powerful, more controllable, and over-all more missiles than the Navy does.
While the navy does have access to missiles that can go 200 miles from sea level, the Airforce can take the exact same missile (which they have more of) and extend the range to something like 250-300 miles by being higher off the ground and having a flatter trajectory, assissted by gravity, than would the Navy.
Also, as far as range goes, The airforce planes can go much farther, must faster. As well, the airforce is responsible for the missile defense system. As a matter of fact, if you sent a plane or a tomahawk missile torwards any air base hangar, an automatic response homing missile would be luanched torwards it; the kind of missile that's cheap and easy to produce becuase it's platform is so particular that the missile doesn't need to be versatile.

We could go round for round with this. And I really don't care. All I know is that the Navy is far more versatile, and would decimate the air force if need be.

lol right; but not actual reason for this, you just 'know' this. No facts, no knowledge. No, you want that, it's your opinion rather than a logically backed decision.
BUT!
I masturbate; alot.

*Turns into a reverse transformer; turns into an organic car. The organs thump rapdily on the outside of the car, as the car engages in noises in what appears to be horrendous screams. The tires, made out of skin and bent bones, spin wildly in place. *
