Well, hello everyone. I just wanted to drop a line in and say hello. Alexander Kylandros is the name, but you can call me Alex, everyone does. That's not my real name, it's obviously no that badass, but whatever.
It's funny that I got invited to this guild, as IRL I am actually a U.S. Marine. I'm currently deployed right now, but hope to be home fairly soon. I'm 22 (23 in march) and if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Job specialization- Aviation ordnance, with side training for EOD, Scout Sniper, and Recon (4.5 years in, and I've been a busy bee)

Either way, when you say aviation ordinance, do you mean a weapons troop for the jets? If so what kind?
I'm an F-15 Electrical/Environmental Specialist Journeyman at Kadena, Okinawa.

As for me, yes, I build the munitions for all platforms of aircraft the Marine Corps uses. I'll be getting stationed on Iwakuni, starting late this year. I tried to go to Oki (probably Futema) but my orders got switched up. It's all good though, I'm not too worried about it

It's alright, Oki's not that great of a place anyways. So I guess in the AF comparison, you would be an Ammo troop to us... which is much better than a weapons troop. I get nervous every time they load lives... seen them drop them a few times. >.>

I do a little of both, loading and building, so I'm a jack of all trades. So far, I've yet to see a marine drop munitions. Although I have heard of it, I have never actually seen it.

That's good. If there is one thing I know for certain, the marines can manage their people better. At least those who do munitions in the marines have seen pretty stable. The Air Force ones, are usually... well... strange.... stare
