Noirkaze Going on a postal rampage Santa? Ooo...are we going somewhere!?? Can I come too! It sounds like fun! hehehehe 4laugh I went back to the doctors today and got my blood test results : still not 'immune' to Hep B. *pouts* So I had to get jab #4. I'm not complaining really - I'm VERY much in favour of prevention is better than cure.

Ameliechan they have a special offer here , if you go there just 10 minutes befor it starts you get the "left over" ticktes for 5 euro (this is under 10 dollar). this is a great offer chase they sell you every place so it often happen that you get the great lounge for nearly nothing. that was the way i saw Wagner´s Nibelungen. We have that too at some of the theatres. It makes great shows like ones at The Guthrie affordable.

Has anyone had success finding any of the toy parts yet? I had a laugh at the elfs comments : When I was a lad, toys were made out of lead, asbestos, and weapons grade uranium. So, sadly, true. And my Dad has told me stories of him swimming in mining 'dregs' containing cyanide. I wonder what we are doing now which will be looked back on by our grandchildren as totally unacceptable??
Welcome to the weekend everyone!! heart

Sablara I wonder what we are doing now which will be looked back on by our grandchildren as totally unacceptable?? Message board posting and not owning personal space suits would be my guess. Frankly, I find the fact that none of us has a space suit to be pretty appalling too.

Welcome to the weekend everyone!! heart The event this year cracks me up. The event items are MUCH better than last year. smile (Hair Scarf = shudder ) I think in the future people will look back on our laws and government system (well in the US, not sure about Globally) and say "That's barbaric". I suspect Barbie will be the tabloid toy in retrospect- the whole unrealistic proportions and uncool messages towards women (well, save for Doctor and Lawyer Barbie). They'll replace her with the Hillary doll and kids everywhere will go "huh?" neutral

chibihotachan I hope it's not stuff like "you mean, you actually played outside?" and more like "uh, what's bubble wrap?" Go enviroment! I was thinking about driving - I wonder if our grandkids will be horrified that we were allowed to MANUALLY drive a car. I look forward to the day when cars are fully automated and we can just get into one and say "take me from A to B"....with no accidents, no idiots who have been drinking, no 'human errors' and no traffic jams!

Oh no I hope I'm never a lame granny with that perm, the caddy, and the lack of speed.
Instead I wanna have an italian sports car, cruising at 90 mph and pissing off cops by giving them lectures as they write me tickets.

Sablara Headhunter - I'm wanting to see the new Bond movie, was it any good? I just got around to seeing it yesterday, and yeah, it was pretty good. A lot of action and a lot of globe trotting, but Daniel Craig continues to be the best Bond since Sean Connery. Overall I thought Casino Royale was just a hair better, but I enjoyed this one very much. Also, I'm annoyed because my local theater isn't playing Frost/Nixon. Booooo! But Valkyrie comes out this week and I do want to see that.

I can't beleive it's Chrismas Eve! I'm not organised at all this year - it's very unlike me! Fortuantely we were given a 1/2 day at work, so I'm home, wrapping presents...and I'm about to drop some over to people's houses who I'm not going to see tomorrow.
Merry Christmas to all! heart
