"Heh. You wish," Alex smirked. Shaky as he was, he put a hand on the ground at Joseph's feet. A blast of air shot up around the boy before shaping into sharp spikes and raining down on his enemy.
Sasha blocked the scythe but, once again, got sent flying from the kick, landing hard on the ground once again. "Itai. . .this is getting tiresome. . ."
Yuri shut her eyes tight, glad she hadn't hit Shin. She let out a sigh of relief as she was caged. . .which was weird, but at least she couldn't be hurt. Ai then appeared in a flash of flames in front of her mistress, looking curiously at her. "No, you silly sprite! Go away!" she said desperately as he sprite simply looked confused; she didn't need another weapon to fall into enemy hands!

He covered his head with his arms, creating a bubble-shaped force field just in the nick of time. Joseph's arms fell to his sides as the bubble faded away after its purpose was served. "How annoying..." he said, kicking a stray pebble, also firing a blast.
She heard a roar and saw the monster lion. Well, I guess we all know Marianne is here... thought Caroline and turned her attention towards Sasha. "You don't fight a lot, don't you?" she said, raising her scythe and slashed again.

Shin heard the roar, turning towards the sound, biting his lip to keep from letting out a scream. The thing was hideous! First hed had to cage uri and now he had to fight off this thing!
Shin moved immedietly, darting forwards towards the beast and slashing out at it, not much noticing the flamy little sprite.

Alex bit down on his tongue as he felt the blast. Hard. There was no way he was giving Joseph the satisfaction of hearing him yell. He would sooner grab Dairen's sword which, if thought logically, would happen when pigs flew. His vision blurred and his body was tired and aching; a lovely combination.
Sasha blocked the scythe again, bringing her spear up against it. "Mmm. . .no, not really. Then again, that's what happened when you're asleep for three years," she replied. She pushed against Caroline's weapon before thrusting her spear at her.

The lion roared in protest as it dodged it and with its sharp claws, attempted to slash Shin.
Joseph put his hands in his pockets. "It's a shame I didn't have enough time to play with your mind. I'm sure it would've been fun," he said, slamming Alex against another wall nearby. He tried to hide it, but his powers were starting to drain a lot of his energy.
Caroline shifted to the side and grabbed the spear. "And just because I'm good at martial arts and good reflexes because of it means you can try to stab me with a spear. Yup, totally makes sense," she said, the last statement sarcastic. The scythe disappearing, she held onto the spear and kneed her in the stomach.

((Man down! Alex is not a throw toy! oO;; ))Once again, he had no idea what happened. Alex felt himself collide with the wall, a little harder because he was weak right now. He shivered and squeezed his eyes shut against the pain before losing consciousness all-together, falling and lying on his front.
Somehow, Sasha managed to let go of the spear just in time and narrowly avoided Caroline. She jumped back a distance away from the girl, not really sure what she could do at this moment; everything she tried was useless!

Shin moved again, wincing as he felt claws catch his arm, drawing scratches along it as he pulled away sharply from the thing. Backing away, wolfs of ice leaping from the ground circling and stricking out at the beast. Shin had time to notice alex, feeling pissed off at the guy attacking his friend,"Lex, is ********>, how had things turned so badly for them suddenly!

Marianne watched both Joseph and Caroline. It seemed everything was pretty much finished up, mainly. The person Joseph had been fighting and the girl Caroline was fighting was pretty hurt while Caroline hardly had a scratch on her. Finally, Marianne took a few steps forward and hollered, "Joseph! Caroline! Come! You've done enough for today." She wrapped her wires around the lion and pulled it out as it resumed toy form and walked off.
Joseph spun around as he heard Marianne's voice. Woah! When'd SHE got here? he thought. He looked back at the unconscious Alex. "Ah...I wonder what shall happen next time," he pondered and began to leave.
Caroline was about to bring out the hands made of rock when she heard Marianne telling them to leave. She looked at Sasha. "You got lucky this time. Next time, there won't be anyone to call me back," she said and turned around and ran after the other two.
((Yes, we leave it at that because I'm going to sleep soon. XP))

It was a weird mix of shock and relieve, so whoever the lion owning chic was, was also in control of the two lackeys, sweet! He had no clue why she had called them off but he knew he was more than glad for it. Dropping the ice cage around yuri as the bad guys started to disperse. "Freaky.....I dont mind though.." atleast hed gotten a small glimpse of her, she didnt look like someone who would be so powerful, the lion thingy turning out to be some toy made icky monster..
He gave yuri a nervous look before glancing to sasha and alex "So which one do you want to take?" atleast alex couldn't protest to being healed while he was un-conscious.

((-whistles- Uber. Lucky. oO))"Nngh. . .I'll take Sasha first. You see if you can heal up Alex," Yuri said shakily; whatever had controlled her had vanished and she was more than glad for that. Taking a deep breath to calm herself, Yuri walked over to her friend, looking at Sasha curiously; "You okay?"
"I'm okay," Sasha replied. She inhaled then fell back onto the ground, a cushion of water breaking her fall as she lay there, spread out.
"Ah, h-hey!" Yuri said, surprised as she knelt down by Sasha. She gave the girl a poke, letting out a sigh of relief as she opened her eyes and laughed.

Shin nodded, taking off over to alex, remembering lance aswell, an idea coming to him as he got over to his blue haired friend. "This just almost makes me wish I were asleep again" shin said his voice a little pained, feeling angry for what had happened. Kneeling down next to alexs un-conscious form and placing his hands carefuly on alexs back.
Well atleast if nothing else he was a good healer, and that had to count for something right? A little frown etched on his face as he started to heal lex, he wanted to take a chunk out of the lackey right now..doubted if he could though seeing as the guy had beaten alex like that.
The soft light blue glow running through alexs body as shin healed him...
"Have to remember..to drag lance along with us.." lance needed something, and shin would be glad to give it to him, well it was either going to be him or sasha doing it, lex was kinda out of the picture.

Yuri stood up, brushing off the dust on her clothes before offering her hand to Sasha, pulling her to her feet. "We've got one down. I hope he's alright," she said, a little mindlessly. She glanced over at where Shin and Alex were.
"We've got one extra person who, hopefully, hasn't died from shock. Go see Alex if you're so worried," Sasha said, nodding at Lance. Taking away her hand from Yuri's, she walked on over to Lance, kneeling next to him. "Hey. . .you alright? Maybe still in one piece?"

Shin smiled a little bit as he watched yuri walk over to them, not sure if the girl looked worried or not, it was allways hard to tell with her. Hed say it anyways "Sokay, lex is fine...well the beat up kinda fine but atleast hes alive right" sighing as he finished healing his friend, messing with alexs hair. Even though the boy was unconscious he still felt the need to do that. Specialy now when lex couldnt swat his hand away. "Idiot...I shouldnt have made us come here..."
Shin gently turned alex over onto his back, getting up and moving a way a little bit for yuri. Glad to see that sasha was doing okay and taking care of lance.

"Hmm...?" Lance opened his eyes as he heared someone talking. "Huh? Im fine, Im tired, I need some rest" he replied while he sat against a pillar.

"That's good," Yuri said, letting out a sigh of relief. She knelt down on the ground, looking over her unconscious husband, some part of her feeling a little bad for not helping. "Even though he tries to teach me to fight, I can't really do anything. It bugs me."
"Tired, hm? Let's see if I can't fix that." Sasha smiled innocently, placing a hand on Lance's shoulder as she healed him, a soft glow spreading over his body.
