Sunoka was silent. She didn't want to answer that question, not in front of everyone else. "... Just stay..." If she had eyes, she would have cried, but it was pretty obvious how she felt when she hid her head in her knees.

Michael kept listening to the others, noting their moods. He wasn't told to do anything....but his friends needed him, in a way. He found himself patting Sunoka's head gently.
"Granted. I shall not leave this area until further notice. Does this satisfy your wants? Or do you require something else?"

Sunoka tilted her head. "... I wasn't talking to you..." That was probably going to freak Michael out, since Duo was whispering to her from her shadow. But the girl didn't want a huge robot-man looming over her shoulder while she talked to Duo. Sunoka turned her attention back to her shadow, waiting for Duo's reply.

"Midna! I'm so happy you're alright." She attempted to stand, the pain a little less severe than before, but only tumbled over again. Zelda sighed, propping herself up against the castle wall. "What is the matter?"
"Write this word for word. You skip a single word and I hurt you...
'Dearest Zelda, I do not have much time. I am at Ganondorf's castle, he's got me hostage. I need you to come for me. Please help, he said he'll kill me in three days if you don't come. From your sister, Miku.'
"Got it?"
Tears formed in the corners of her eyes and slid down as she signed her name and sealed the envelope. "Here. Are you happy?"
"Very." He snatched the letter from her and summoned a moblin. "Take this to the postman. Go!"

Link stared in dumb horror at the bodies littering the ground. He did have the sense, however, to snap away from the gore and blood and to focus on Midna's arriving and Sunoka's mystery misery.
Sarri sat down suddenly, holding onto her sides in pain. Link hurridly kneeled down, popped the top off the red potion and poured it down her throat. After a minute of coughing and sputtering, Sarri smiled at him. "That's exactly how Dark did it. He is your shadow..." Suddenly, she sat up, realizing that Dark Link was still at Ganondorf's castle.
"Relax, he can handle himself. I know he can."

Michael was now confused. Who could Sunoka possibly be talking to? Perhaps it was best if he turned his attention to Sarri, who almost endured what he had. He noticed Midna's return, moving to get acknowledged.
"Greetings. What is your report?"

Duo gritted is teeth. "If I stay, I will only cause you pain and hardship. Someone like you does not deserve that. I will not be the one to ruin your life... It was nice knowing you..." Duo reached out of her shadow and kissed her hand. "I.." He pued his hand back. What was he about to say? He was incapable of emotion! He had to be... to fall... for another was weakness...
Midna shook her head. "Zelda... It's your sister... She is in grave danger! BUt you must not go to her... It is what he wants... He wants to personally kill all of us... You, me, and Link..."

Sunoka felt Duo kiss her hand and lifted her head up. "... Please, don't go..." It seemed to be the only thing she could say to Duo. She reached her hand out, trying to grab his hand. She wanted to hold onto him, to keep him from leaving.

Dark stood and watched Tenebre do some fancy tricks. "So ummm... What'cha doing big guy?" Dark saw the cracks in the floor and then realized why he hadn't copied him. Dark looked up at Tenebre still in suprise that he had that well thoughtout of a plan.

"Miku..." Zelda whispered. "We have to go back. It's what he wants, but if she's in danger... But you and Link, I don't want people hurt again." She put her face in her hands. "What do I do... I can't just let him kill her."
"HELLOOOO!!!!!"
The ever-so-obnoxious, interfering familiar figure burst out from behind a tree. "MAILLL!" He pulled the envelope close to his face, inspecting it. "It's for Zelda. Shall I read it aloud?"
Not looking up, Zelda held out her hand, and the Postman tentatively handed it to her. "Thank you." She looked up to watch him leave.
"I oughta fire him." She popped the seal and gently slipped the letter out, inspecting its contents.
"... Midna, you're right...

"She signed it and everything. We have three days until he kills her."
Mona knelt down gently beside her. "Zelda... We are in no shape to fight. You have to realize that... Going back would be suicide." She winced a bit. "There's no way we'll be better in... Three days."
"So she just takes one for the team? ... I can't live with myself, letting my little sister go like that."
"It might be our only choice."

Midna shuffled her. Then she looked at Zelda. "Sacrifices must be made... and we can't give away the only princess this kingdom has. Even if she is your sister..."
Duo rose up from the girl's shadow. He took her hands in his and ifted her up. he slowly then meted away, appearing in the middle of hyrule field. "Sunoka... All I have know is a life of hardship... Of hatred... of sin. I have done unspeakable things.. I rip you away from your freinds and put you in a place of danger.. yet.. you are kind to me.. and now shed tears when I say that I am leaving.." He set her down and paced. "I do not understand... I cannot grasp the concept that is set in your mind... most peope would rejoice at the death of me... yet you remain here... sad..." He turned then faced her. He wanted to search her eyes that were not there. Then perhaps he could see into the depths of her pure soul. But alas.. it was not possible. "There is someting else... At first I thought you were just playing stupid... but.. I know that you are smart... So surey there is something else that is causing you to believe that I have a heart?"

Michael suddenly spoke up, stepping forward.
"A human is in danger. Since everyone else is unable to help or in poor condition, I shall go instead. I will bring your relative to you safely."
He wasn't sure if he could face Tenebre again, but he had to try. His computer-part told him it was illogical to be unsure of victory because of one factor who he knew could be beaten, but he felt...was this fear? Was it because of the torture preformed by Tenebre alone?
Tenebre noticed that his plan failed, but knew he had to get rid of him somehow. He quickly dashed past Dark, switching their positions, and gathered energy as he ran. When he stopped, he turned and unleashed a giant amount of energy creating an explosion that could send dark flying farther into the castle.

Sunoka felt Duo pull her elsewhere. She listened for the sounds of her friends, but couldn't hear them. She breathed a sigh of relief at the fact that she could talk more openly now. "Because... you do..." It was hard for her to explain. Not because she couldn't see, but because she was seeing something Duo could not. "You're nice to me, you saved my life, you dressed my wound, and you gave me different clothes." The girl began to list off the things that he had done for her. She sighed and turned her head toward him. Perhaps it would be better to ask him a questin, and make him realize why he did those things himself. "Why did you save my life when I had a hole in my stomach? You could have just watched, but you didn't hesistate to fix me up." Sunoka decided to start with the most meaningful thing first.

The hit of the explosion made Tenebre's form lift off of Dark and he was now in the his usual Dark Link form. He felt himself flying but then smashed through a window and was knocked out when he hit the ground.
Sovek was walking around Castle Town when he passed by a group of adventurers, he wondered what they were talking about. "Excuse me, adventurers... Do you mind telling me what year and what place this is." Sovek was truly lost cause the last thing he remembered was stepping into a portal and appearing in an alleyway of the Town he was at right now.
