I assume you are playing the Xbox version, since the PC version just came out less than two weeks ago. I actually started a second game, this time as an evil character. twisted So far my actual morals are trying to conflict with my character's evil ones and it's making it a bit difficult at times. sweatdrop

Yes, I have 2 good characters. I wanna cry, all of a sudden, my ps2 memory card doesn't have the data that I saved on it. sad

I was going to make an evil one but I'm playing with my cousin and he wanted to play on his good one, so I got stuck making what I did. BUt maybe I will get a chance to save more people this time around.
I have never had this happen to me before...All my .hack..sign games got erased, and now I have to start all over again, and thats like 4 games I have to redo. sad I'm also glad that they started to do that. But what if your hard drive gets corrupted or something? I mean, now you can use flash drives for the xbox which is nice, but I don't have the newer xbox to format it.
No use hoping for a miracle.

I was lucky enough to have set up a backup hard-drive before my laptop died. Did I ever mention to you that my laptop's hard-drive died during exam week? Now that was a pain reinstalling everything, but at least I had all my important files, including game saves I had collected. 3nodding
As for Fable, I found a surefire way to save all 6.5 million people. Just invest in real estate whenever you can. My good character had 10 million gold when I became king and my evil character had 14 million, but that's because I had increased rent. xp Even though my new character is evil, I'm going to invest as much money as I need in the end to save everyone. Although I almost had the urge to slaughter the citizens of Bowerstone when they started booing me for re-instating child labour. evil

I don't recall you telling me that. I don't have any of my laptop backed up. The only thing I really would back up is all my music. And I guess the pictures I have on it too. But I don't really play games on the pc that much, so I wouldn't really miss anything if it was all gone.
That's what I started to do, but with my first character, I didn't have much gold to spare. And I never really thought of buying houses to rent out though. But that's because I was trying to get done with the game as fast as I could so I could play a different game. I really didn't care that they inforced the child labor. I built a sexhouse. XD
