I dunno. Meng Rite my keyboard wouldn't work rite so I couldn't log in? So I call help center.First he said system restore...after I told him I cannot log in. Then he said open your hard drive clean a circular metal piece. Reassemble your hard drive. Not working un plug your monitor and all the cords on you system and make sure no dust has collected. Now put them all back. Still no work? Sir I believe you have to buy a new keyboard. After three hours exhausted I went to the lower left area that says shut down computer on the login page and it says.
"TURN ON ONSCREEN KEYBOARD"
Did that system restored in a matter of 16seconds.
