Silver looked at him, when he spoke that his magic was gone... yet again! She lowered her head, "I know where it is... and the person who has it didn't steal it on purpose. It was a spell that you had created, for a girl name Shira. Some how, it had connected with her, and now she has it." Silver explained, making sure that Arious didn't leave her side, making sure no one spotted them before they made their way out of the castle. Her heart pounded against her chest, but where could Shira be if she had Arious' magic?

April had fitted an eye patch over Shira's eye, but when she had done so, something made her gasp and fall backwards. Her father's magic, full force and powerful was now resting in Shira, she could sense it, and now it was reacting to April magic. She felt it burn inside of her chest as the two magic's flickered to rejoin and become whole once more. Standing up, "Shira, don't leave this room, you have my f-f-fathers magic, and if I get too close to you it might-" She felt tear in her chest almost like her magic was trying to rip out of her. She quickly stood up, making her way towards the door and escape from the room. She couldn't take her fathers magic without it trying to join with her magic, and be lost forever. She had to find her father...

Diness had been waiting, well for as long as one should wait. She wondered if Rugen would ever return to see his own children being born. She stood slowly, the weight of the two infants were still not heavy enough to inflict her back yet. Even with the servants telling her to stay lying down, and rest. She couldn't, she wrapped her robes around her, and wandered around, wondering where Rugen could be. She froze, sensing another magic in the castle, she glance up towards the towards. "Arious?" She murmured to herself.

Ebony bit her lip when Ivory told her this. "But... how? How could he follow us into a different world?" She shook her head. "We have to go." She knelt down in front of Diel. "Sorry, but we have to leave now. come ith us if you want, but we can't stay here any longer." Ebony hurriedly explained. Normally, they would stock up on supplies before darting off to safety, but at that moment, time was not on their side.

A tall man, with long, dark purple hair and a long, black coat silently made his way into the ranch. With one look, anyone could tell this man was a bit more eccentric than most. He stopped for a moment, sniffing the air. "Ah, yes, my prize is definitely here. Along with... what's this? Not only do I sense the little ghost girl, but I feel the presence of various other entities as well. Perhaps, after I capture my prize, I should stick around for a while. I'm curious about these other beings. In fact, a couple here and there seem to be most powerful." The man thought. Then, a wide grin stretched across his face. "I want those trophies." He murmured.

Shira backed up quickly as April hurried from the room. "I have his magic?" she wondered, flexing her hand. She did feel an odd buzz different from her own magic, and suddenly she realized what she had done- when she had taken Arious's pain, she had also taken his magic by accident. "Shoot," she muttered. The only way to restore the power, she knew, was to make physical contact with the original bearer, but there was no way she could go near Arious right now with Larken nearby. Well, she could, at the risk of her own life. Silver, you and Arious need to get as far away from the castle as possible, she thought. My brother's near you, and I can't get close to him. What a dilemma, she thought. She could easily get them out by using Larken's mantle, but with him nearby...

Larken walked the halls, feeling someone drained quite suddenly, but the Triforce's energy still emanated from them. He turned a corner to see a silver-haired woman and a weak-looking man, who was the source of the energy. "You... aren't... Shira..." he said slowly, trying to make sense of what had happened.

Another spear of pain lanced through Shira's heart. She winced.

Silver blinked, turning and seeing a man in red approaching them. She just heard Shira warn about Arious getting close to him. She pulled out her short sword. "Arious, go now... don't let him near you." She knew that she would be able to defend him well in here, but she needed to distract him so Arious could get away.

Tythia froze when she heard a voice, was that fear that was running through her? That was impossible, she couldn't feel emotions, but maybe that was the fear running from the little girls behind her. She held onto her scythe and looked back. "Don't... stay here... You'll run right into him." She murmured to Ivory.

Larken blinked. "I have not threatened you, yet you pull a blade on me? I'm just wondering why a certain energy signature comes from this man." He gestured to Arious. "You jump to conclusions very quickly, but if you look for a fight, a fight you will get," he said, pulling out his own sword.

Shira gasped quietly as the powerful magic suddenly rushed through her, like fire in her blood. "Whoa," she whispered. "Powerful stuff." It was so very different from her own magic, yet so very similar now. Her skin tingled. She could suddenly pick out tiny details from across the room. None of this, unfortunately, took away the pain in her heart.

(Shira never said to keep Larken away from Arious... she said that she couldn't get near Larken, which is why she isn't using Larken's mantle to teleport there right now.)

"I already know who you are and I will not allow you to do anymore harm." Silver said, if she got Arious away, Shira would be able to get him out and give him back his magic, but even if this meant she in the process died, then so be it. It wasn't like she was going to fight him in a place where she didn't have her magic. Besides, out here she was much faster than he could ever imagine to be.

"Well, I am out of practice," Larken admitted, striking immediately. He pushed Silver as far as he could, trying to drive her into a corner.

Just because I said I can't get close to him doesn't mean I won't, Shira thought, almost playfully. Of course she was planning on teleporting to the castle right away. But first... She opened the door and peered around the hallway. "April? Are you okay?"

Vaati managed to step away from the bar, and nearly let out a sigh of relief when he found he was still standing. His thigh hurt, but he could stand and probably walk. "Whatever. We just need to find an open window or something. As long as we get out of this barrier, we can warp elsewhere."

"Fwiends?" Seth repeated the word to himself, then looked up to his mommy, who only watched with mild interest. "Mommy! Come pway wif me and Wiam." Seth shouted happily. His mother shook her head and walked over. She reluctantly sat down with the two kids. "Wiam, this is my mommy."

Darious paid little mind to the wondering hand. He had other things in mind. "How about we return to the Shadow Realm for some wine? There's not much to do here." He mumbled. As nice as Elonacia was, it wasn't what Darious was familiar with. He was the master of the Shadow Realm, despite what Milliardo wanted to call himself.

Silver spread out her leg and held her blade with both hands as his weight came down on her. She felt the push, glancing behind her noticing that he was moving her towards a corner. She pushed on her back leg and managed to throw Larken off of her. "Very out of practice." Silver mocked.

Josline followed after Kaze towards the Klups. Of course she refused her own, and just wished to share one with Kaze. She was still uneasy about a creature she was yet to learn. She was still uneasy about everything in this world, however, she knew that she could learn.

Once everyone had mounted, the entire group dashed off toward Dagnus. With creatures like this, it would only take a mere hour to get out of the wasteland, and to their destination. "So, how did you become the leader of the targnites?" Kaze asked.

Cinge looked back at Kaze. "Not exactly by any normal means, I'll tell you that. I'm the strongest of the group, so everyone else just follows me. Not that I asked or commanded them to." He didn't show it often, but if he had to, he could take down virtually anyone who crossed his path. Even without magic, Cinge was not an enemy anyone wanted to have.

"Well, maybe it's because they knew you'd be a great leader. People seem to look for a leader through strength and courage, and one who can command without hesitation, and knows the meaning about no man left behind. Maybe they saw those qualities in you." Josline looked over at him when he explained how he had become leader. She had to admit, she wasn't shocked, but it wasn't because he was so strong. It was because she knew so many of his people depended on him, and looked up to him. She would be surprised if she had met him first and then someone else was the leader of this tribe.

Cinge shrugged. "Whatever the case, the follow me." The group neared Dagnus with great speed. "So, you know what the plan is yet?" He asked Kaze. There was a long moment of silence between the two. "Don't tell me you thought a simple distraction would work? Yeah, my men can lure the enemy out an take care of them, but you're going after two targets in Telroth. You need at least two infiltration teams! One to get your sister, and the other to kill that jerk on the throne!" Cinge stared Kaze in the eye.

Kaze looked away. He was so focused on rescuing his sister, he hadn't even begun to think of a plan. Cinge was right, they would need two parties. Unfortunately, Kaze would have to be the one going after Jeract. "... Josline, I'll need you to lead the group rescuing my sister." He murmured.

Larken raised an eyebrow ever so slightly. This pretty girl was a lot tougher than she looked. He continued to meet her short blade strikes, looking for an opening, like a panther waiting to ensnare its prey.

"April?" Shira said again. "Where are you? Are you okay?" Silence. "Um, just thought I'd say I'm leaving. Your dad's in danger, and I need to get him out of the castle. I'll be back soon." She turned, but the mantle on the bed was gone. "What the..."

Diel was still very confused. There were many questions ringing throughout his head.
Where am I? Why am I a keaton? Will I ever be a human again?
But he set all of those aside for now. There was something else that needed his attention. It was something that he had experienced many times before; danger.

Ivory looked over at Tythia. "Then how do we get out?" She asked. Even if the man was right outside, they couldn't stay in the stales. "He can smell spirits like us. He hunts us like prey and drains us of our energy if he touches us." She muttered. If Ivory was by herself, she could simply phase through the wall and escape, but that would be leaving Ebony behind. And the man would have no problems with taking live hostages to get what he wants.
