(I kinda get tired of having Val being totally clue-less about human needs, but oh well. XD)

"Ahhh..", Valkeryie replied with a nod. She wasn't really feeling 'hungry', but then again she never had, and she at least wanted to see and possibly try 'food'. "I'd be willing to try some", she replied to his earlier question.
