@Jelly: Yes. During our first attack we captured several baby tiles which we planed to raise so that we could study the tiles and perhaps use as soldiers in coming fights.

Yes, well, we've discovered several things. For instance, we don't think that the tiles are inherently evil as the babies never seemed to be hostil towards us. However their culture has made them hate us thus their origional attack on Ming.
