She clings to him, sobbing, burying her face in his chest as she always had when he consoled her. "I'm so scared. I was sleeping, I think... and I woke up here... Where are we? Where is Em? I.... I remember light then pain.... it hurt so bad.... but I had to stop it. I couldn't let her hurt him. Then... then... nothing."

She looks down at her hands with a shudder. "Then they were true then... my visions... I... I... really died..." A shiver runs through her slender frame.
"And Em... Em is alright? Truly? He's not gone back? There was a minor branch... an offshoot, it depended on you and how you reacted... but you are pass that now... He's safe... right? With people who love him?" She refuses to look him in the eye and clasping her hands before her to still their shaking she sighs. "I'm just a useless remnant."

By the time he's done she's curled up with her fist pressed to her mouth, laughing so hard tears are running down her cheeks.
"I would have given anything to see his face when the spell took hold of him the first time... I bet he was beside himself..." she giggles. "Then he does it again.... and look what happens. Doesn't he know the old saying "Fool you once fie on me, fool you twice...."
