Arious pulled Silver close and nuzzled his head on her neck. "At...least you're safe..." He whispered as he stroked her hair lovingly. He remained holding in his arms for a second before letting go.

Treize sighed and shook his head. "....Then tell me..." He murmured. He crossed his arms and watched her carefully. "As we walk then." He then pulled her up to her feet and steered her in the direction of the village.

Trisiana looked at April. "Water...? What about the water...?" She bit her lip a little nervous about what April said. "...You're not telling me something April..." She looked about the place, but she really didn't see anything that could be connected to a barrier.

Silver held Arious close, "I'm sorry I didn't go home... I know you wanted to keep me and April safe... how I just- I couldn't bare the fact if-" She hung her face as her hair covered her tears. She knew he already knew that he died already once. She knew that if she left Arious alone again, there was a possibility of him being killed again. She felt the hot tears stream down her face, knowing that Death wouldn't give Arious another chance.

April looked over at Tris and gave a soft sigh. "Tris... we're underwater... in an underwater cavern, and the water is being held by back by the barrier I mentioned." April said quietly.

Shira fought her confusion and panic as she tried to make sense of the scene. It appeared Larken's "master" had contacted him and had put the spell back on him. Inwardly, she cursed. She had had her brother back, even for a short while. "What are you doing?" she asked calmly.
"What I always do, dearest sister," Larken chuckled. "I am going to kill you, and nobody will know."
"Many have tried," Shira growled, whipping out her sword, "but I'm. Still. Here." She punctuated every word with a blow of her blade. Larken fought back expertly.
"This is not the time, nor the place," Larken snarled, pushing Shira over and running out of the tent, hiding not too far away. He needed his mantle. "We shall meet again soon." His words hung in the air.
"Son of a goron," Shira cursed, wiping grime from her sword before she sheathed it. She gathered her supplies, walked outside, and sat down to wait.

(Jenny... Larken shouldn't have his mantle... Jos took it...)

(He doesn't? Okay then... He'll just run out of camp.)

"And the second?" Darious demanded, shoving his foot in Endymion face. He looked especially threatening with the red patch around his right eye, which, luckily for him, was beginning to fade. "Just cut the dramatics, alright? I don't care for suspense."

Vaati's eyes rolled to look at her. It was all he really could do, and the look on his face was one of pure misery. He was in pain, and while he didn't touch Opal physically, he was much of the cause for her tears. The guards carried him off past the cells and down another hall. What were they going to do after that tie him back together? Throw him into a cell for disobeying Jin?

Arious sighed. "...I can take care of myself... most of the time." He kissed her lightly on the forehead one last time before completely pulling away. "Try and stay hidden.... and don't do anything drastic... alright?" That would be his only condition. He had enough on his shoulders trying to free Lisaya... let alone now having to try and protect Silver. Then a thought struck him. Had the older April met her yet? He was unsure to bring it up or not.

Trisiana stared at April in shock. When she spoke, her reply was barely a whisper. "Under...water...?" Fear took over somewhat and soon she felt her heart racing. "I...gotta get out of here..." She looked about frightened. She almost screeched when she saw the pool of water moving. "April! The water is rising! We're going to drown! AH!!" She fell to the ground and cuddled her knees. She looked pretty funny in the dress she was wearing doing that. It really wasn't her fault... She had almost been half drowned as a child so she was naturally afraid of water.

Endymion laughed as he felt his nose break under the man's foot. "The second thing....I want... Half of Arious' magic... I want him to know... how weak he is... without his magic..." He coughed a little and spat out some blood. "Give me those to things... and you can have the girl back..." He closed his eyes and continued to laugh. "Best be quick... otherwise I can't guarantee her innocence... She is quite lovely...."

April looked at Tris and quickly pulled her to her feet. She didn't blame her for her fear, for it was April and Darious who helped her out of the water. That's why she could trust them so much. She held her close and stroked her hair, "Tris... I need you to calm down and listen, we are underwater, but not in the water... the only way we would be in the water would be through the barrier, but as soon as we remove it... you can use this mirror-" holding up the mirror she pick up earlier. "To get to Aunt Lisaya's bedchamber mirror..."

Silver looked back at Arious, "Don't worry about me... if I do get spotted, I am a good runner." Silver said, giving him a soft wink before she disappeared into the woods again. "Well, you coming? I'll slow down for you." Silver said with a soft smile.

Arious nodded and followed after her. "Right... You are always faster than me.... ah well... I suppose I can't be perfect.... Though I would like to be..." He then slicked back his hair and began running at a quick and steady pace.

Tris took a deep breath and tried to calm herself. "S..sorry... I don't.. like... water..." She whispered. Soon enough she got herself under control. "I suppose... I lost my composure. Forgive... and never... EVER... Tell Milliardo about that..." She murmured. She looked about the chamber and sighed. "April... What do you think could be the thing holding the barrier up? It's mostly a whole bunch of rocks..."

Darious scowled. He doubted Arious was willing to give up half of his magic for a future niece that Darious couldn't even prove existed. Darious didn't have the reputation for being honest. He bent down and grabbed Endymion's by the neck. "I wouldn't touch her if I were you." He murmured, holding the sword above his heart. "You are mortal, after all."

"It's most likely a magical item and not a normal one... it would be the only thing to hold enough energy to hold a barrier up like this." She turned and walked off through the caverns, she kept Tris close to her so she wouldn't get paranoid again.

Silver managed to allow to Arious to catch up as she made her way towards Castle Telorth. "Do... do you feel that. It's like all the magic has vanished from the castle... but it wasn't like that before..." Silver said, staring up at the castle. "Wait... no there's only one source..."

Endymion shut up pretty fast when he felt the point of Darious' sword at his heart. "I suppose.. I can leave her alone... if you insist... But that will require another price." He spat some more blood out before staring straight into his eyes. "Bring me Arious' sword. Be careful... the item is attached to his magic... so you'll have to do more than steal it from him.... you'll have to sever the magic bond it holds."

Arious was soon keeping pace with Silver. "Yeah... I fell that... I don't like it..." The closer they got, the more he felt the power growing and his getting dampened. It was almost like an ultimate dampening spell... "Silver... my magic... It is dampened beyond... The most it ever has... been...." He was wondered if he could even use simple spells in the castle. This has to be Jin's work....

Tris stayed with April keeping her eyes peeled for any detail thta she could pick up that was out of the ordinary. A thought then struck her. "April... I think I know what object is...." She said a little depressed.

Larken huddled in the tree hollow and took stock of the situation. My mantle's gone, I'm unarmed, and deep into enemy territory in broad daylight, with little to no chance of retrieving my stuff. He gritted his teeth. Not good... He looked at the camp. Shira, with her back to him, hunched over, shoulders sticking up. He'd seen that before- she was furious. Josline, huddled against Kaze- better avoid him, but the girl had his mantle and the rest of his things were who-knows-where. Could he temporarily hypnotize one of these people into bringing his things to the edge of camp? The obvious choice would be his sister, but when she was angry, she was on high alert. I'll have to wait for nightfall, he thought.

Shira kicked the ground angrily, leaving a shallow depression in the soil. It was her fault. She acted so macho sometimes she missed the fact that she was only 17, and therefore, easily tricked. Four years of wandering and thirteen years of abandonment hadn't taught her a thing. "That's it," she muttered to herself, "I'll leave tonight. I don't want to be a problem for these people." Would she leave? She lied to herself all the time, broke promises she was supposed to keep. She was brave, tough-talking, and had mastered her sword. There was no reason for her to stay. I'll make my decision tonight, she decided.

April looked over at her, seeing her depressed look and knowing it wasn't good. "What is it?" April asked, afraid of what Tris would answer. She looked back as she heard voices, silver violet magic flashed in front of her as she saw Darious and her Father. They were fighting again. So... Endymion pit him against her father to get Tris back. She knew, once she got Tris out of this cavern, she could send Darious and her home and finally end this.

Darious hesitated for a moment. Taking the sword wouldn't be too hard, but he couldn't even sense Arious. No, it didn't help that he was close to a forest and his shadow magic felt weak because of that forest, but he actually couldn't feel or sense Arious' magic. "As much as I would like to, I doubt I could find him. I'm not familiar with this world, and I can't sense his magic. How about I just keep an eye out for it?" Darious asked as he urged his sword through Endymion's clothes and held up at his skin.
