"I'm not saying he's a good person, I'm just saying he might not be a bad one. If you won't listen, fine." Shira pulled herself to her feet and walked back to her tent, carefully removing the force field around her brother. "Tell me what you remember," she said intently.
Larken shook his head and shrugged. "I'm honestly not sure. I remember exploring with a friend of mine, who happens to look like a younger version of you and shares the same name, and then I walked into a cave. There was this hooded man who shouted something at me."
Shira nodded. "I remember... that was me, like you thought. When that bright light flashed, I screamed and ran back to the old woman who cared for us. When we got back, the cave had crumbled to nothing." She stood. "I think when Kaze hit you, he must have temporarily shut down the spell that must have been put on you. You were brainwashed, hypnotized, whatever you want to call it. I can't let your head get hit again."

Josline was lying next to Kaze. She had fallen asleep a little faster than Kaze. However since she was wearing something a little bit lighter. You could see bruises running down her back. She looked like she was silently having trouble breathing.
Opal was curled up on her bed. She felt something come through the window. She thought she felt it, Vaat's wind, however it was just for a split second. She rushed to the window and looked down. However, she barely got a glimpse before Jin dragged him inside. Her stomach twisted into knot as she sat down.

Kaze looked down at Josline and stroked her cheek lightly. "How tight were those ropes?" He thought to himself. He pulled her into his arms and held her comfortably.

"I'm not up for your stupid games today." Vaati muttered, the stopped as soon as he saw Kazelina. He felt a shred of guilt in his stomach. Best case scenario, she wouldn't be at the castle as soon Jeract was killed.
Saya cradled Seth in her arms, then disappeared into the shadows. She wasn't interested in sticking around in the encampment, or in Salin in that case. Shadow popped up in her thoughts, and she quickly ignored it. Shadow could find his own way back to Elonacia.

Josline nuzzled her face close to his chest when he held her close to him. Her breathing stopped becoming fast and shallow, as it started to slow down into normal breathing. Somehow, when Kaze lifted her off her back, it was much easier for her to breath. However, since she couldn't feel the bruises on her back, she didn't know it was affecting her.

Jin chuckled and tossed Vaati to the ground near the table with the torture equipment. "I just want to see you torture this girl, Vaati." He stated bluntly.
Kazelina's head rose when she heard the name. "What... is... he... doing... here?" She thought to herself. She slowly turned to look over her shoulder at him. "What... is this...?" She murmured faintly.
Kaze closed his eyes to try and sleep. Hopefully, that would be lighten the stress on him a bit. Josline looked like she had been tortured a little. He took a deep breath and held her close.

Vaati dusted himself off, then scanned the times on the table. He found a whip, and gripped it. He glanced at Kazelina, then at Jin, then down at the whip. Perhaps in a different time, he wouldn't mind torturing people who couldn't defend themselves. That wasn't quite the case now. He had gone soft. Vaati put it back down on the table. "What's the use? My definition of entertainment varies from yours. What am I going to get out torturing her?"

Jin rolled his eyes. "I never said it was for your personal gain, moron." He retorted, then drew his sword at Vaati. "Now torture her." He commanded. Everything was going perfectly.
Kazelina gritted her teeth. She figured out that Vaati was working for Jin, but she was so tired, she didn't have the strength to be mad. Truly, a pitiful sight.

Shira reached a decision, a personal one. She had to find Larken's mysterious "master" and kill him so the spell would be permanently broken. She wanted her brother back. She gathered her things. Shira was still exhausted, but it didn't matter. Her chest had started hurting again, a dull ache that throbbed in time with her heartbeat. She suddenly remembered something Larken had said earlier- that he had altered his energy so it acted as a magnet for the Triforce lodged in her heart. "Larken, can you re-alter your energies back to normal?"
Larken frowned. "How?"
Shira sighed. This was hopeless. The only way that could keep him safe and out of the hands of his master while she hunted him down... She shook her head. "Kaze is going to go ballistic when he hears this," she muttered, heading back outside.

"I'm not going to waste my time entertaining you, then. Ask someone else to do it if you want a show." Vaati mumbled as he pushed Jin aside to get to the door. He turned the door knob only to find it wasn't budging. You piece of crap... Vaati cursed.

Jin turned around and grabbed Vaati's shoulder, squeezing in on the pressure point. He gave one of the guards a quick nod, signaling him to get Opal and bring her to the torture room. "Then perhaps you'd be more willing to torture a different pathetic person." He suggested. Jin then pulled Vaati to the ground and placed his foot on the boy's chest.

Arious stood slowly. "I apologize... I should have sensed... that there were others about...." He was curious as to how the couple were able to transform from wolf to human, but he knew he had to keep going. "I... thought you were someone else...." He turned away looking off in the direction of Telroth. There was pain in his eyes. Hadn't sister already been through enough...? But he felt something else... Was it... Silver? He turned and scanned the trees. It could be a trap... I have to worry about Lisaya... there are enough illusions in this land...
Treize stood still watching the man wearily. ".... I... don't do well with people trespassing in my land... " he muttered. He then whispered to Tsunisa. "Don't you know what 'Stay back' means..? He could have killed you... or WORSE!" When he looked back to the man, he looked... sad.. There was something about him, but he couldn't exactly put his finger on it.
Lisaya looked at the gem in her hand. Could she really use it and bring the girl here into danger? She bit he lip thinking about how selfish it would be to make the girl risk herself. She looked down the hall and sighed. But she felt something... was it another presence...? "Shadow...."
Endymion crossed his arms and looked at Dark. "I don't have time for games... Now does Darious burn like you?" He turned and looked at the shadow straight into his eyes with his cool grey ones. "Do you know.... if he possesses my eye?"

"Why would he have your eye? Neither of us knew you even existed until today!" Dark hissed, completely aware of the fact that he was avoiding the question. It didn't matter of Endymion found out their little weakness, but it would matter if that was traced back to Dark. He already knew of what Darious could do if his temper was high. He didn't need to experience any of that again. In fact, his scars were still present. Although they were very faint, he was still visible if someone looked at him closely enough.
Vaati growled, and tried to push Jin's foot off his chest. He gave up, and let his foot fall onto his chest. He looked up to Jin, then to the door. He was already so close to just getting out of the room. If he could get out, then he could transform and hop out a window. Anywhere was better than here. "You a*****e... I thought you wanted me to help Kaze."

Endymion glared at Dark and shook his head. "hmmm... perhaps. Then maybe Arious does have my eye...." The man brushed his hair back and thought a moment. "Where did Darious go? Our fight was... interrupted... I wish to continue..."
Trisiana concentrated her powers on the mirror in Endymion's chambers. If she could only find a mirror in Salin that she could warp to... She found one in her mother's pocket, but for somereason, she couldn't get to it. Some kind of strong barrier was up as to where she couldn't even contact her. "Dang it... I can't just STAY here.... Darious Darious... where am I? It is so boring without you...... even if you don't see me as more than a play toy..." She looked down and sighed. Was that all she really was to him? A toy to entertain himself with?

Tsunisa ignored Treize's comment, and looked over at Arious. "Are you... alright, sir?" She asked He definitely looked like he was worried about something. She looked in the same direction as Arious and saw Castle Telroth, then looked back at him. "Teroth..." She whispered under her breath.
Jin chuckled. "Oh, I do. However, they don't need any help right now. Besides, with the magic barrier up, you'll be useless during the fight. So, I thought I'd just have you come back here and entertain me." He explained, then noticed where Vaati was looking. "I wouldn't try escaping, if I were you. Besides, I'm bored of torturing this broad over here, and your girlfriend has yet to feel the whip." Jin added while he grinned.
