Marshall tried to think " Maybe I should just....join him and try and get him to trust me...but that would mean having to betray the station...and blue.....and even Lylla." he said " But everything seems so wrong...I have to." he said and opened up the door and starting the car looking at the plans one more time.

Jay didn't really want to be standing where she was... But she was afraid that if she hadn't have jumped out, Marshall would do something he'd regret.

Marshall was surprised when Blue jumped out Marshall you can't! He stared at her like she didn't know what she was screaming about " Blue whats wrong?" he asked her and shook his head. He really needed to go so he could try and find Aegis but he couldn't with Jay there. He stared at her " You look like you've seen a ghost...maybe you should go home to Lylla." he said " Its rather unsafe out here Blue." he said crossing his arms with a calm smile.

Jay bit her bottom lip and took a deep breath.
"You were always telling me to face my fears, to never run away. Well I'm not running away. I'm facing my fear. And I'm looking him right in the eye."
Jay's eyes burned with hate and fear. Marshall was right, she needed to calm down, she was letting the rain control her emotions. But he also needed to realize that she was always fearless in the rain. The rain made her stronger. And there was no way she was going to back down and watch her mother's best friend throw his life away. He was too good for that. Not Marshall... Not with Aegis. No. Jay wouldn't let it happen. Not now. Not ever.

Marshall looked at Jay and frowned when he noticed the emotion in her eyes and her voice and signed. He rubbed the back of his head nonchalantly trying to find a way to explain himself " Yeah but Jay, I was also always telling you that you have to choose the toughest route for the best results." he said. The expression on his face held no true emotion but worry. He looked at the ground and leaned on the door " If joining Aegis is what I have to do to end this then...." he shook his head "Even if it means destroying my life to do it." he said. He stared at her with the utmost most seriousness "Tackling these issues the way I have been will yield no results, and these are results we need." he leaned on his car and "I've made many mistakes in my life and its my fault that b*****d actually exists." he said " Its my fault you keep dying and its my fault the psycho Marcus was born." he said " And if I can't fix my mistakes then the many more I will make in the future will get worse and worse." he said "Fixing a reality I let come into existence is important, we may lose this one and then what happens?" he asked "I refuse to let Aegis win." he said and looked at Jay "Forget what I'm about tell you if you want but know this is what drives me." he said " I love Lylla with all my heart and I care for you as if you were my own child but I am Omni born and always will be." he said " My first love was the Team Omni leader Keri Legend and my second was Victoria Miller." he said " I am not supposed to be in this time and neither is Marcus..I inadvertently created this world trying to create a reality where Marcus did not Kill Keir and where you never died and I set off a chain of advents that various forces are trying to fix." he said " I created this mess and I will fix it." he said " I will end this!" he said and pulled Charizard's PokEball from his belt " Are you gonna try and stop me?" he asked.

"It's all your fault?"
"Jay!"
Jay turned around at the sound of Jacie's voice. The girl looked back at her and Marshall with pure terror in her eyes.
"Don't let him deceive you, Jay! Marshall West is a wicked man! He's the reason all of this is happening!"
The fear in Jacie's eyes was quickly replaced with hate, something the kind-hearted girl almost never felt.
"Don't let him get to you! He's not worth it. Trust me."
Jacie's attention shifted to Marshall as she slowly walked closer to the duo.
"You're right, Marshall. The three of us don't belong in this time. Four if you include Traci. But there's a way to get back to where we belong and end this mess once and for all without going back to our old ways. I know it." she scowled.

Marshall looked at Jacie and nodded " There probably is.." he said " I'm returning you and Marcus to your time." he said " But I refuse to let myself make any more mistake that will ruin everything." he said " I am a wicked man...no matter what I do I bring only pain and death." he said " Jay, go home beacuse our mother needs and misses you." he said and frowned "Stay away from Team Omni..beacuse next time you see me, I won't be your friend." he said he closed his eyes and looked up "I'm gonna miss you little legend, but I have to leave." he said and climbed into the car and shut the door. He waved to her one last time before he drove off leaving Jay and Jacie there.

"Jay... It's no use."
Jacie said as she walked over to help Jay to her feet.
"He's not the man you think he is. He-!"
Jacie gasped as she felt a hand whip across her face. She held a hand up to her throbbing cheek and looked down at the back of Jay's head in awe.
Jay sat watching her tears paint the white stones in the gravel gray.
"I blame you... I blame you for all of this. If it weren't for your utter ignorance and mindlessness, none of us would be in this mess!" Jay screamed.

Marcus came out of the bassoon after only to find Jay and Jacie at a stand still not to far off. He walked over to them and crossed his arms seeing Jay cry and Jacie holding her cheek " Whats going on here?" he asked both Jay and Jacie. He looked back to see if Traci was following him and then turned back to them curiously eyes focused right on Jay who seemed to be slightly engaged.

"My apologies for being 'ignorant' and 'mindless'." Jacie snapped. "But you wouldn't be involved if you weren't so childish! It's time to grow up, Jay. You can't keep living in a fairytale any more. This is reality. And it's your destiny to help Marcus and me whether you like it or not. But if you don't, I suppose you can go home and cry to Mommy about it."
That did it. Jacie's entire speech didn't phaze Jay at all until she mentioned her mom.
"I don't have a mother to run back and cry to! Team Omni took everything away from me! You saw the scene just now! I don't have anything left!"
Jay got to her feet and screamed, tears streaming down her face.
Jacie was calm as she stared the girl down. "You have Lylla. You have a home. You have friends back in Blackthorne that love you. That should be enough to keep you going, Jay. And if it's not, you're not cut out for this mission." Jacie snapped as she turned back to Marcus. "I thought you were stronger, Jay." Jacie then looked up at Marcus with a slight smile. "Let's go. We've got a lot of ground to cover."
Traci smirked and laughed to herself. She had watched the entire scene from her hiding place on a tree brach just across from the entrance of the abandoned base. Both of the blue-haired girls were right; and Traci found it hysterical.

Marcus was rubbing his temples as all this way going on as he listened to them and was finding himself on edge. Every time one of them screamed he found a little bit of annoyance growing inside of him before he sighed. When Jacie said they need to go he stood there for a moment with his index fingers on each side of his head. He shook it " Were dropping Jay of with her mother first." he said calm at first "Jay I know your true family might be dead but Lylla is in fact your mother." he said " Jacie, she is but a child, and she has every opportunity to change her destiny." he said and pulled an unknown Poke e' ball from his belt and threw it and what came out of it was Charizard "We're dropping Jay off with her mother." he said and looked at them " Both of you, on Charizard now, and I don't wanna hear a word from either of you." he said and looked in Traci's direction "You too Traci!" he yelled at her "If you try to run I will hunt you down and break your legs! Now move!" he yelled to all three.
