Kittywitch You look great. Seriously. And those dresses are amazing. thanks, the pics dont realy do them justice. For example the blue one has a patturn to it but you cant see it, and in the back of the pink and white one there is 17 layers of ruffles and lace but its not that noticable.

Adorable, i have those exact same gloves.
but theres something wrong with you petticoat, the bottom should be more full. But the dress itself is magical.

The gloves were hand-crocheted about 50 years ago. ^^; There's no stretch at all to them, since they're just thick-thread, but I've always loved them. There are two petticoats under the dress and they're both quite full, so the problem is the dress's fabric being too heavy. I also didn't bother trying to fluff them up too heavily, since we were only going to dinner.

Also, I used to have alot of peticoat problems. But my best solutuion was a wire peticoat i made from a wedding peticoat i got from the thrift store with a stif tule peti over it. But i needed a BIG peticoat cause im a big lolita. It wouldnt look right without a mountain of fluff.

This is just further proof that I am possibly one of the most obnoxious lolitas in existence. I gave into being peer-pressured by Sarah and Megan at this past weekend's meet-up, and posed like a lunatic:
 Me: "How should I pose?" Megan and Sarah: "CAN-CAN! DO THE CAN-CAN!" ... horrible form, though. My knee's bent!  Me: "Now what?" Sarah: "DO SOMETHING METAL!"  And I CAN pose nicely. Sometimes.

hi! i'm new here, although not new to lolita in general-- i've been into the style for a bit over a year now.
as for the outfits, they're... semi-recent. the first's more formal than i usually am and the second's more casual/my summer-loli style. haha!
this guild seems nice! so many pretty lolitas :3
