Larken scowled. "This can work two ways," he growled. Grabbing a net from a nearby stand, he threw it towards Josline. The net hurtled over her head and flew back around like a boomerang, scooping her from her horse and pulling her through the air.

"No!" Shira yelled. She ran forward and cleaved the net in half with her sword.

Larken smiled; this was exactly the moment he had been waiting for. The net wrapped around Shira's throat and tightened, choking her.

Kaze growled. "Damnit! Shade!" He called. Suddenly, Shade popped out from under Larken's shadow and knocked him off the horse, then pinned him to the ground and chocked him tightly. Kaze rushed over and sliced the net to pieces. "Get up!" He commanded as he darted over to Shade and Larken.

Kazelina ran over and helped Josline and Shira regain their balance, then readied herself to aid with her own wind, should she need to.

"SHIRA!" Josline shouted and pulled out her knife as she threw it. It spun in the air and cut just the strand that was around Shira neck. While that was happening she pulled her bow out and aimed towards Larken, taking no time to hesitate and shot it towards him. She quickly rushed over to Shira and started pulling her away, catching the knife as it spun back towards her. She pulled out her bow as she stood at Kaze's side. "Don't even think of saying it... because I'm not leaving... I've got a better shot."

Arious followed to girl to the chambers below still chuckling. He had gotten a good jolt... literally. "So... Hmm... :" He began as she continued to lead him below. "...What makes you think that I would want to kill you?" Already, his hair was coming loose. He cursed under his breath lightly wishing that there was some spell that would just make it stay in a horsetail. Finally when she stopped did he move to fix his reddish brown hair. His eyes never left her though. He guessed her to be in her mid teens somewhere. Did didn't look too much younger than his sister, Lisaya.

Milliardo followed behind Silver watching the whole scene before him. He had kept his distance when the new man arrived and attacked. He didn't plan on starting any fights or joining any. In his state, he was already weak. Without the use of the shadows, he couldn't perform any attacks without using magic. He needed all that could to keep him from frying. But... zapping the man with a lightning bolt or making it rain above him did sound entertaining.. just enough to annoy him... He wasn't going to comment on April.. that was a closed subject. He really liked her at one point, but she had turned him down. Besides. He had Alanna... she SHOULD be happy.. he stole her away from Liam...

Trisiana crossed her arms. "I see.. so the short one has been following us. Hmm... Dark. I am actually surprised. You haven't fried up in the sun at all." She laughed and poked him in the side. "What shall we do with the little spy, Darious?" She brushed a blond curl away and readjust her umbrella over her head.

Trieze opened his eyes, a little disorientated. His hand was already reaching for a poisoned dart when he realized who he was with. "oh.. Tsunisa... I must have been asleep for a while. I apologize..." He sat up and quickly brushed his dark hair aside. He straightened his clothes and stood. He had transformed into a human sometime while he slept. His dark blue eyes didn't meet her eyes but for a moment. When they did, he quickly looked away.

Vaati was about to ask, but then the stranger suddenly appeared again. He wasn't exactly sure what was happening, nor could he really bring himself to care about what was happening to who. This person wasn't after him or Opal. Though, the person did interest him. Vaati jumped out Opal's arms, then transformed and warped himself close Larken. Dangerous move? Probably. "What exactly are you trying to pull here?" He mumbled, more to himself since he doubted the staranger was listening.

Seth cried out. He wasn't used to so much action happening. It kind of scared him. Tears started streaming down his eyes as he stuffed his face in Vaati's cap, that way he wasn't in the way. He was, however, beginning to miss him parents even more.

"We drag him with us. Us shadows should stick together, shouldn't we?" He murmured, then put Dark and took the cape off his back. He was a lot bigger than Dark, so his cape should fit more like a clock on him. Darious threw his cape on top of Dark's head and used magic to bind it together to keep it from falling off his head. "There. Now he isn't going to bake in the sun. We're free to explore."

(Aw, c'mon Lisaya, I've always had that symptom)

"Well, I'm guessing you're not from around here are you? Probably from a far off land that doesn't really get the rules that Jeract has put forth. Especially in the one place he finds leisure... the Arena... and usually he comes around this hour to watch the matches. However, I didn't see him... strange. We're lucky just to get away with a rioting crowd." Tennri looked around making sure that the gate keepers were out. She blinked looking over at Arious, giggling when she saw him fix his hair. "So I guessed right... that is your weakness..." She said pulling a hair tie from her pocket. "It didn't cut when I pulled it out... I'm guessing you want this back." She said, handing it to him. She turning and started to pull at her gloves. "First time I've ever taken them off... I was prepared to die when I told myself I would take them off..." She said.

Opal blinked for a half a second when she saw Vaati leap out of her arms, and appear next to Larken. Her heart almost skipped a beat. She pulled herself down from her horse quickly and moved to rush to his side. However Silver had already caught her arm. What was she doing? "Let go!" She shouted, trying to get out of her grip and get Vaati away from danger.

Jos watched as Kazelina pulled Shira away. She knocked another arrow, getting ready to aim it for the big lugs head. He did try to kidnap her after all. Her heart racing, however she froze when she saw Vaati appear close to him. Dammit, what was he thinking? If Larken did take notice of him, would he move over and take him hostage? She gripped her bow tightly, dammit Vaati!

Shira gasped as air rushed back into her lungs. "Thanks," she panted. She saw Larken before her, held down. "Don't hurt him!" she shouted. "Um... I mean... you might hit the village?" Lame excuse, Shira, she thought. That was the slip of a lifetime. She was going to get it now.

Larken heard Shira's cry and chuckled. "Still a soft spot?" he said softly as he easily flipped his assailants into a market stall. "You just don't know when to quit. You won't ever get away." With that, he faded from view. Again.

Shira cradled her head in her hands. Why did everything have to go so very wrong?

(Don't make me kidnap both of you! Actually... Larken with two defenseless women... away from the men... I have a dirty mind, sorry.)

(Yeah... No rape at all, please... It disgusts me to no end... I used to be alright with RPing it... but, just NO.)

Shade pulled himself up out of the vendor, and looked over at Kaze and Josline, who were also thrown into a stall. "Next time we see him, Josline and I will hold him in the shadow realm. He won't be able to escape from there, plus, his magic will be weakened sustantially." He said calmly.

Kaze sat up and popped his neck. "Son of a... Are you alright, Josline?" He asked as he reached over and helped her up. "I agree, Shade, the shadows will be the perfect place to get rid of him." He then chuckled slightly. Not to mention, if left there, all the zombies and mummies would find him soon.

Kazelina gently bounced Seth in her arms. "It's alright, little one. We will find your parents soon." She said with a smile, then playfully poked his nose to make him laugh.

Tsunisa smiled a little. "It's alright." She stood up after him, and stretched a little. Her body was stiff from sitting for so long. "So, where to now, Mr. Prince?" She asked teasingly.

(In other news, THIS SENIOR IS OUT OF SCHOOL!!!!!!)

Shira decided right then: if she was going to trust these people, she was going to have to tell them. "Please don't hold him in the shadow realm," she said quietly. "Lark doesn't deserve that, what with the tough life he's had. He's chased me for almost four years now, but even when I was in his grasp, he's never killed me." She touched the scar from their encounter a month ago; Larken had thrown her into a window, and the glass had sliced her leg open. "The only person who can face him off with even a shred of a chance is me." She waited for them to ask why.

Larken sat at the base of the mountain. They dare attack him? What were they, idiots?
His communicator hissed to life. "Have you destroyed her yet?" a husky voice demanded.
"No, sir," Larken replied sullenly.
"Don't go soft on me, or I might have to release the Assassin."
Larken swallowed. Nobody liked to work with the Assassin. That was fine anyway; nobody worked with him for long. Shira against the Assassin... he didn't want the think about it.
"I can do it," he said.
"Prove it," the voice snarled, and the communicator was silent once more.

Josline blinked, thinking to herself. "Well, is there a way of confronting him without having to kill him? I mean, it sounds like you know more about him then anyone, and you're the only one who can stand against him. As you say..." Jos said, turning and thinking to herself, she wondered to herself. She blinked when she looked over at Kaze. "I'm fine, thanks to Shira... if she didn't help me out of the net, he would have dragged me away."

"'Course I know him well," Shira mumbled. "He's... um..." Now or never, she thought. She took a breath. "He's my twin."
PostPosted: Mon May 30, 2011 7:57 pm

Vaati shook his head. No one wanted to bother with him, it seemed. He would make himself noticeable then. He approached Shira, then grabbed her shoulder to pull her down to eye level. "If he's your twin, then why is he trying so hard to kill you? What's the problem between you two?"

Seth smiled slightly and giggled. He then turned his head towards Shade and stretched his arms out for him. If he mentioned the Shadow Realm, then he must be able to get to it. "Sef go home!" He shouted and leanded out of Kazelina's arms in an attempt to get to Shade.

Kaze walked up to Vaati and looked down at Shira. "You say he is your twin?" He asked. If that was the case, it was highly doubtful the girl would even have the heart to kill him. "I agree with Vaati on this one. If what you say is true, why in Hell's name is he trying to kill you?" Kaze kneeled down to stare her straight in the eye.

Kazelina tilted her head at Seth, then looked over at Shade. "Home? The Shadow Realm?" She asked, then walked over to Shade. "Do you think you can take him back to his parents in the Shadow Realm, Shade?" She asked.

Shade shook his head. "Sorry, but I do not know the way back to Hyrule. When we were thrown into this world, we fell unconscious. I could not memorize the path through the shadows." He explained. He patted Seth on the head. "Sorry, kid." He then walked over to Shira with everyone else.

Sazs looked around a bit. "Alright, where should we searched first?" He asked, looking over at Shadow. "Will you be helping us find him?" If Shadow was going to help, there was no way Saya and he could be within 20 miles of each other. The two would be better off searching opposite ends of this land.

"He was raised by an enemy of Hyrule," Shira said. The words wouldn't stop; they just spilled out. She could literally feel the barrier between her and trust dissolving. "His foster father taught him swordplay, and he was killed by some guards. Lark swore revenge against every Hyrulian; he won't stop until everyone is dead, especially those in the royal family. I learned from a wiseman, and ever since I've been trying to work my way back to Hyrule. Boy, was he mad when he found out he was a Hylian. He doesn't like the idea of family, so he's been following me. But I think there's someone else driving him." She waited for someone to figure it out.

Vaati growled. If they got rid of Shira, then they wouldn't have to put up with Lark, but he doubted that the group would listen. Somehow, though, Vaati felt like he could sympathize with him. He hated thinking about the fact that he was something other than Hylian, and he couldn't name the amount of people he may of hurt in his fits of anger. "I'm guessing you don't know who's behind it all." Vaati mumbled, though his mind was elsewhere.

Seth cried out, then stuffed his face in Kazelina's shirt to let the tears out. The one person who he believed would take him home, just couldn't. After a few minutes, he calmed down and stopped the tears from flowing down his cheeks. Seth simply then resorted to just keeping his arms around Kazelina.

Saya memorized the landscape, then turned towards the east. "I'll go east, and you two can discuss the direction aoung yourselves. We'll meet here again by sundown. Does that sound alright?" She asked. She didn't want to seem too bossy, especially if someone else wanted to go east or had a better plan in mind.
