Albert thought back to when he played Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Final Mix then remembered, Mavis' staff looked exactly the same as it did in his game that he played. Mavis, your staff looks exactly the same just like a game I'm playing. Tell me, where did you get your staff from.

During my training, I did well enough to become a Royal Guard, the Captain of the Guard told me it had something to do with the Dream Gear when he showed me the staff but that didn't make any sense to me since he told me that the Staff was special. After I got the staff when my training was concluded, He said that he felt that I was meant to have it.

Mavis' staff headpiece started to glow as the image in the bubble changed from Lena to an overhead view of the neighborhood then Mavis fired a beam of energy into the bubble as she started her search. Piercing Sight! Mavis cast her spell to check, some of the neighboring housing seemed okay & quiet then she checked each of the forests outside of town, no sign of the girl until one of the forest. My Piercing Sight is part of Detection Magic & it may take a while for me to narrow down each hidden location. Mavis fired another beam of energy to detect where Lena is in each forest.

Detection Magic? What is that? I never even heard of it.

That was amazing, Mavis.

I think that's enough for now. Mavis canceled out the beam of energy and dispelled the energy bubble before competing her spell as a safeguard, taking a sigh of relief. I can't go on any further otherwise, I'll tire out. I need a break before trying again. Mavis' staff stopped glowing then placed it on the table and sat down to rest for a while, if she went pushed herself too far mentally, she would tire out.

You did your best, Mavis. But you made the right choice to back down from your search, otherwise you'll tire out like Athena did. As for your search for Lena, you were doing really well.

Thanks, guys. Mavis then turned toward Athena as she changed the subject during her rest while regaining her composure. So... what's it like having human legs and feet? Mavis asked this question hoping for an answer to know what it feels like to have legs and feet rather than a fish tail.

It feels... fascinating, Athena. Not to mention, its something new and different to me.

Albert looked at Mavis' staff on the table. He wondered more about the so-called Dream Gear that Mavis had mentioned. When I looked up the Dream Rod on the Kingdom Hearts Wiki to consult my game that I'm playing, it said as a description: "A mysterious rod holding unknown power." Since the Dream Rod has found its way here, I was wondering if you could you tell me more about the Dream Gear.

Mavis turned toward Albert and his parents. I only wish that I could tell you more since most of it didn't make sense to me, but what I do know is what the Captain of the Guard told me. He said that there are 3 items of the Dream Gear in the form of a Shield, a Staff & Sword. I haven't seen what the Sword or Shield look like as of yet, but they may have found their way here as well, just like the staff did which you're calling it a Dream Rod but what I do know is that that Sword and Shield are somewhere out there.

My son is a pro at the Kingdom Hearts games & he knows much about it, he even got Sora to a pretty good level on Beginner, and he's completed Atlantica in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Final Mix & is up to Halloween Town. I bet that the person that my son is playing as in that game, Sora, looks really cool in person.

That's really amazing for your son. I hope that one day he really meets this Sora person. As for me, I can tell you about myself. I'm very mature for my age & have my own ideas to deal with or add to certain matters. When I'm not working on my magic, I find new ways to add to Atlantica's beautiful music.

I can make you both a sandwich if you like. Michelle heads into the kitchen to make Athena and Mavis a sandwich each and return with a drink.

I think that sounds lovely. Mavis then thought. I wonder what Michelle does here in the human world... And more importantly, why does Albert keep calling my staff a Dream Rod? Mavis held her staff wondering... what could be so special about her staff that she got after her training?

No, nothing's wrong. But you seem to be interested in knowing about my staff which looks the same from one of your games, Albert. I already told you what I know about my staff and part of the Dream Gear Legend.

Albert is a good son of mine. He goes to school and is in my class. Class 1A. If all goes well, he may be able to get into college one day when he's old enough.

What's school? I don't really know what the education system is like here. Mavis wondered, she had training at a decent age to become a royal guard but she doesn't know about the surface world's education system. For a mermaid like Mavis, people around her age would be enrolled in college by then.

Michelle returned with a tray containing both sandwiches and 2 drinks. Here you go, I made turkey sandwiches with cheese. And to drink I brought some water with ice. As for education, after school and college comes applying for a job or something like that. Michelle gives Mavis and Athena each a sandwich and drink.

Thank you, Michelle Mavis proceeded to have her sandwich that Michelle made for her after putting her staff down.

A Vet is a place for sick or hurt animals. My Pet shop also acts a veterinarians. A Veterinarian is a person who cares for animals, sort of like a doctor for animals, Athena. The Pet shop & Vet is right next door to my house.

Really? That sounds great! Your friend really cares for the animals that are in her pet shop, Athena. Mavis took another bite of Mavis' sandwich and drank some water.

My Mom has plenty of household animals in the pet shop next door.

The Pet shop has plenty of animals to choose from. Dogs, Cats, Birds, among other things.

That was really good. Mavis finished her meal, then picked up her staff then realized that she needs to throw her empty paper plate away & place the cup in the sink, so she placed her staff down and picked up Mavis' plate and empty cup. Excuse me, but where should I place these?

Empty cups go in the sink and dirty paper plates go into the trash. The Kitchen is in the next room.

I think I have her number. Michelle dailed Ariel's number on the phone to see if she would pick up.

As Michelle was calling up Ariel, Mavis noticed Michelle was using a device to call her. What's that?

It's called a Cell phone, Mavis. Everyone uses one to get around.

What's a Cell Phone & what does it do, Athena? Mavis had no idea how a cell phone was used nor did she ever own one since she spent most of her life underwater & this was her first time seeing a cell phone being used.

Albert switched on the TV to see what the current condition that's developing on this Dark Storm. ...And we'll keep you up to date regarding this black rain, in other news, Strange Shadows have appeared during the storm & attempted to attack the city streets earlier today but the offensive was beaten back by a figure wearing Lavender Armor using a Key as a weapon.

Albert thought for moment, Strange Shadows? They sounded familiar like the ones in his game that he played. I know those things! Those are The Heartless! And that Key that Armored Figure was using. That was a Keyblade! But I have no way of knowing that Figure mentioned on the news was a Friend or Foe.
