Cheshure laughed a little. " Alright we can go back. " He said as he reached out. He touched her shoulder and they both simply vanished right there. Reappearing in the now ruined streets that bordered the once proud Eden base Cheshure's eyes widened with shock. He looked around to see their base crumbled to the ground, dead bodies littered the streets Sai broken and injured on the ground and a small group of hooded figures floating in the air. " What the hell happened! We leave for a ew hours and everything goes to Hell! " He shouted as he walked forward. He looked at Renault and Sai and gasped. " Oh my God! are you guys alright? " He asked. He knelt by Sai and knew he wouldn't get an answer.

Serena could not comprehend the sight before her. Her home, the one that she had loved…when she was actually there, was in ruins. People who had been like her where dead on the floor. She lowered her head unable to move from where she stood. Though her instincts screamed at her to help out. “Such a fate to befall Eden” She thought. Darkness fell upon her as the shadows reached out to encase her. Her eyes became black obsidian orbs. “Such a waste”

Nasrin glanced over at Vincent breifly as she held what looked like a freshly ripped jaw in her hand. "Oh really? You're not just buttering me up for a little more of Evie's blood are you?" Nasrin asked with a bat of her eyelashes. Though she found Vincent rather alluring herself, she had no intension of letting her guard down around him, even if he was an ally. Vampires were monsters of seduction, and she already knew what it felt like to be drawn in by his charm. Her and Evie may be different people, but so long as they shared the same body they could feel the same thing, so long as it could be melted down to the physical level in some way.
On a battle feild and with little time for chit chat, Nasrin turned back to her task. But just as she decapitated her fifth and final oppenant, and was about to head off to finish Sai, she felt her body become enveloped in smoke. She turned, about to question why the Mad Man was pulling her away just at the second she was about to take the life of the one man who gave Evie enough drive to almost break free on her own strength. She didn't get a chance however before her body completly was taken with the smoke, only having caught a glimpse of the robed man who was somehow significant enough to make even the Mad Man leave.
As they reformed in the Sentinal base, Nasrin faced the Mad Man, looking both pleased with herself, and confused at the same time. "Thank you Mad Man. I told you, I have only wished to serve you since the moment of my creation. I am pleased that I was able to pass my first test of loyalty." She nearly purred. "However...may I ask why did we run? Eden is nothing now, we could have finished them easily. Then you my master would have had nothing standing in your way to do what you wish with this world."

The Mad Man turned around to look at Nasrin. " We ran because those people in hoods, the ones that barely showed up. They're just like me. " He said as he took a seat. " We share the same powers, all the way from my ability to give life to new creations down to my destructive energy. Of course there is some variation between each person but down to the core they are the same. I didn't expect the old man himself to show, he's not someone we can just blindly attack, he'll take a little time to take down. The others are powerful but they've all sworn to never use one of their powers, the one to grant powers to people by having them sign their contracts. Think of the contracts as a power meter, the more names you have the more powers you obtain. He held out his hand and produced his golden contract near the bottom were hundreds of tiny signatures. " I however have vision unlike those shallow minded cult worshipers, I see beyond the ordinary. " He listened to the rest of Nasrin's question and laughed a little. " I'll tell you what I told Sai, what's the fun of taking over the world when you don't have anyone to fight back. "
Vincent listened to the Mad Man's explanation, he like the others didnt know much about the Mad Man or his intentions. " So what's the actual purpose of the contracts? "
THe Mad Man laughed and placed his contract away. " Now that's my little secret. "
Brian looked around he couldn't believe what he had seen. He took in a small breathe and looked around. " And so we lose another home. " He said softly. " Renault......are you alright? ' He said softly. He looked over to Sai who ad collapsed although he looked bad Brian knew they all could take a beating and still get up. He just looked around at the destruction. He hadn't been there long enough to see Vincent and therefore wasn't aware of his betrayal. He wanted to ask Sai wht happened to him but Sai wasn't exactly in any position to be talking.
The people in hoods just looked down they said nothing to the others but they discussed among themselves. Now knowing that their old friend Anderson had truly become a monster they needed to think about their next step.

Renault turned his now crimson eyes over to Brian whom had just asked him a question as if his body language wasn't loud enough. Renault couldn't be angry at the Cleanse leader for his inquiry, but at this moment, he found it hard to not be mad at anyone. He'd lost his home and many of the people inside. "I lied to them." Renault mustered the strength to muse. "I lied to them all. I told them they'd be safe here and look at what happened. They were all....charbroiled." He tried to stand, but sorrow over took him and he fell to his knees once again. "This-this just can't be. Why did this happen?"

Lucas finally lowered his lead shell that he had created to hold himself in place. "You two are finally back from your trip into space eh? Did you enjoy floating around up there while hurtling around the Earth at five miles per second?" Lucien stretched his hand out over the table and created a wave that brought the lead case to the Madman. "There you go. I believe that's what you were looking for ol' maddy. Have fun with that because I had to fig--well, no I didn't. Hehehehe." He did admit to himself that the girl he faced was a bit stronger than what he expected from Eden, but in due time, she'd be dead just like most, if not all of the people that have faced him before.

"Why?…perhaps we should have left more stronger people at home” Serena whispered without thinking. Her hair was covering her eyes hiding any emotion from view. Darkness continued to swirl around her “Maybe we will learn from this” Her tone was cold and icy. “Huh…no point in slouching around” With that said she moved closer to the wreak and began to move piles of wood uncovering the faces of the dead. “They seem more peaceful in death then when in life...no worries nor cares” Her hand cupped the face of a young child, probably around 9 "Though they should never of had cares at this age"

((Hi everyone, new here))
"Oh no..." Clara could only stare at her dead companions, her demolished home, the remants. She, foolishly, thought she had done some good helping a handful of others escaped the attack but the muber was only about a fraction of those lost. She felt some relief seeing her leader, Renault, still alive but it turned to dread when she saw his knees give in. "Renault!"
She leaped majestically across the wreackage and to his side. She knew this must have hit him lower than it did her but she couldn't help but thinking of all the people she was just finally getting to know after years of feeling alone. She began to cry before kneel to Renault level. "I'm sorry Ren..." she said quietly. "I'm sorry I couldn't do anything..."

Brian just sighed. He sat on what use to be a wall and looked into the distance. " We've been run out of our homes like dogs.....They will pay for this. " He said softly.
Cheshure knelt down infront of the crumbled ruins of their home. He prayed for the dead and saw an old friend of theres. Clara. " Oh thank god someone survived. " He said referring to Clara. He turned to Serena who was taking this very hard. " S-Serena are you alright? It'll be ok, we'll find a new home. " He said softly. He looked around and then up in the sky. " I guess.....This time we lost. " He said softly as his hairr covered his eyes.

Nasrin fell silent for a moment after listening to the Mad Man's answer. So that old man was like the Mad Man...no wonder they left. "Very well...if they are truely as strong as you say then I won't question your judgement." Nasrin said simply, even though she was still internally sulking at being denied the chance to finish Sai.
Nasrin looked towards the golden contract for the breif moment it was in her pressence. Evie mentally shivered in fear and regret at the sight of it, while Nasrin looked fairly pleased. She knew Evie's childish scrawl was on there somewhere among the hundreds of names, and it was that signature that gave Nasrin life.
Nasrin's attention shifted over to the other present member of the Sentinal who decided by that time to speak up. "Yes thank you....it was most enjoyable." Nasrin answered him with what was clearly a smile just dripping with sadism. "I belive by the time we were ready to leave...two of the crew were stabbed, one fell victem to Vincent I believe, one was paralyzed before being blasted out of the air lock along with another perfectly fine crew member. And the final two, my personal favorite, had their nervous system's manualy pulled out and tied together, before I left them to die what I'm sure was a slow and highly painful death. And through all that, the technology and data aboard the space station was left unharmed, awaiting retrival."

Clara shivered seeing Serena touch the dead child's face. "If we didn't have any worries or cares at his age we probably wouldn't be in this mess." she murmured. Admittedly her worry about not being elegant like the Sugar Plum Fairy when she was seven seemed was quite petty now but it was a worry nonetheless. "Cheshure!" she moved to hug him but stopped herself half-way and merely smiled. It's still a little weird, getting close to someone again... she thought. "I managed to save some but not all that much. Maybe I should've stayed." She said. "But yeah, we do need to find a new home and stuff...the good guys aren't supposed to lose, Chesh, what's wrong with us?"

Serena vaguely listened to Chesure when he spoke to her “Am I Alright huh?” She repeated before standing up straight “I guess none of us will ever be alright”
She had heard of Clara before but never meet her. And at this particular moment the girl seemed to cheerful, maybe it was just Serena’s touchy state of mind at this current time, and the fact she really wanted to let lose on something solid. But she held back. Which only coursed the darkness to grow, it spread from all around her and began to cover those closer to her in darkness.

Cheshure just scratched the back of his head and smiled. " Well I guess when you're down all you can do is head back up. ' He laughed a little and said. " The dead will be mourned but they wouldn't want us all to sit here and drown in our misery. He turned to Clara and said. " Well the ones you saved will be grateful I'm sure they are happy to have you around Clara. And there's nothing wrong with us we're still Eden and I'll be damned if we don't pick ourselves up. Remember guys who we are. Don't let this little set back get us down. There's always a plan B. "

Renault finally was able to stand and with crimson eyes, he looked at the composition of Eden, personel and foundation. His tears were dried away thanks to his power and he found that while he lost his second home, he didn't lose his friends. He at least had that to be happy about. Furrowing his light brown hair, he finally speaks,"Yes. They will pay. Dearly. But not now. We need to recollect ourselves and...find another home." Renault looked over to Clara and then Cheshure. "It's okay Clara. There was nothing any of us could've done. In fact, me and Brian fought the saboteur just before he had his way with this place. And yes Chesh, there is a plan B. We just need to make it." Finally able to crack a smile, although a false one, he looked over to his remaining teammates. "As long as you all are alive, then this mission was a success. We've lived together and we'll continue to live together. Thick and thin."

"Nice." Lucas replied to Nasrin. "You know, I don't think we've met. In fact, I know we haven't. This is the first time I've seen you here. My name is Lucas." He introduced himself to the lady with a bow, though it wasn't much of one because he was seated. "You get extra points for the kill, but you're still a noob here. Pleasantries aside, may I ask your name?"

“With all do respects, I will be back later…” Serena whispered before disappearing within the shadows.
She didn’t know where she was going, just somewhere where she could hit something or someone. “Damn this world” She growled before her wings spread out and carried her into the air.
It didn’t take long for a slight disturbance below to pull her attention. “Only a human…it will do I guess”
“Stealing from a defenceless old woman is despicable you know” Serena muttered her voice deadly and sharp. The startled thief who was unable to locate her spun around on the spot.
“Perhaps I can help change the way you are?” She added before laughing.
Using only her fists she beat the guy, she felt her self losing control, picturing the guy as Lucas rather then a normal man. “Don’t play big boy games when you will lose!” She growled at the unconscious man.
She laughed and threw the old ladies bag back to its owner, who startled by Serena’s appearance, screamed and ran off.
“Your welcome”
With all the sudden movements Serena’s arm had started bleeding again. She ignored it and took of upwards, she headed eastwards and came to the huge oak tree. A place she often visited when everything had gotten to her.

"You're correct, we havn't met." Nasrin confirmed with a small nod. "And thank you very much. I certainly enjoyed myself." Nasrin was enjoying how easily she was being accepted into the Sentinal. Murderous intentions were appearently highly welcomed there. "My name is Nasrin. And trust me when I say I'm not new here by choice. I have been wanting to join the ranks of the Sentinal for twelve years now, ever since the Mad Man granted me life. But I'm afraid the co-owner of this body didn't like my way of doing things, so she locked me away all these years, so now that I'm free, I'm free with a vengence."
