don't like baths do ye... well it's one of life's little necessities, i'm afraid... but hey... iffin we soak in the salt water long enough... we won't be needing soap, and a rinse is all that will be needed when we get back... now where did i put that sack of movies from the other night... we need to return them before we hit the beach....

tam sighs and turns in the movies... ye got me kiddo... he chuckles as they head down to the beach.... ok well... now we have a bag for the shells... but i think we need to chuck these brincks... into a can somewhere....

hmmm... prepared are we... why do i feel like i was set up on that one... laughs tam wisely
he leads the way to the water's edge and shows kero the wide variety of shells they can find... and rocks too, he adds, picking up a piece of blood jasper... when they're dry they're all dull... but iffin ye get them wet... see how pretty they are... that there is a moss agate... and this is a piece of quartz.....

ah ah ah... says tam seriously... no grumbling allowed... ye almost got me... and that's really quite good... next time ye probably will... but ye need to be fair about things... competitions are competitions and what's a contest iffin the same person wins all the time or someone lets the other win on purpose... iffin i had done that... would ye really have won? no... not really... yer good, kiddo... so don't feel bad... and i'll race ye anytme ye want... but right now... we need to return home and take those showers... so gather up yer stone and shells... so we can show them off back at the apartment....
