Alarias Stars are very stylish smile So...lip piercing hm. Do those hurt a lot? No not at all actually! When I got it done the lady told me to take a deep breath and then another one and by the exhale on the second breath it was over. Haha, I barely even felt it. It was more annoying then anything for the first 6 weeks because I had to rinse with salt water after every time I ate to clean it. I love it though biggrin
