"Pathetic." Said Adam atop of Armageddon Hill. "He's so sentimental, like a little kid. Then there should be no one left to get in the way this time." Adam aimed the Pistola again, in a few moments his target was in sight, now that it was a giant bird it was an easy shot. Pulling the trigger so to speak Adam smiled as again the power was released in a massive shot that shook the very ground with it's might. Adam sat back now, "And so the blood of a Herald will be on my hands, as well as the countless others that I have killed. Such a sad pointless cycle. Sadly this generation cannot break this cycle only exaservate it. It's a pity, ome of them showed such potnetial." He watched the thunderous attack follow the path of the last one. "Go ahead to await us in Hell, Herald of Body, Demios." He whispered as he watched the results of his attack.

Ember opened the can as Lucien and Will enjoyed their tid bit, taking a whiff she realized Will had tricked her once more, but she shrugged and took a swig anyway, smacking her lips as she tasted it before beginning to pour the substance over both will and Lucien's heads, "if you two ladies are done bickering" she said finishing the can off with a tap as she poured the last of it over will's head, "i think there might be more pressing matters both of you might want to attend to," she said giving then a smile before tossing the can over her shoulder as she nodded to the remaining residue that had been fired from the gun, noting the swell of power that seemed to be building as they spoke. "i really don't think that level of power is beneficial for one person..." she said shading her eyes as she stared trying to get a glimpse of the light that rose over the skyscrapers. "excuse me while i take my leave," she said throwing her palms down at her side and using a precise extent of extreme fire level to propel herself into the sky and shifting her hands slightly to adjust her trajectory, noting that the herald of body was not dead as she cleared the Ny crippled skyline, "oh how sad, Dear Tim's plan didn't go as expected" she said with a small smile wishing she had a bottle of scotch with her at the moment before adjusting again and heading down to the battle. Covering herself in flames of white she flew like a shooting star at the herald of body in an attempt to interupt his spell, at her speed they would colide before the spell would finish.
-----------------------------------------
Danny suddenly covered his ears as the blast happened and soon felt the presence of another soul leaving it's body as the blast faded, An Owl? he thought peering behind him where the shot had been triggered. he saw the body run through and settled on the ground by a man with birds, the crow... Danny thought as he turned his attention to the body again only to be blocked by some unseen force. not working he thought to himself before a sharp pain came from his arm and he looked to see one of the dog bodies latched onto his arm. "damnit!" Danny said hitting the canine with the empty gun and stumbling backwards as the canines still stalked to pursue. the woman!? he thought looking to erin and seeing she was preoccupied, quickly he ran for her.

At this point L was perhaps the most relieved of any of the current owls. He'd seen Ember, a known hot head, and not even gotten yelled at. Of course Tim would take care of that later... Or just skip right to the fighting. The feeling however quickly passed as he felt another of the blasts from the pistola. In an instant a million different plans ran through his head all barring only the slightest chance of success. Averting the blast now without a charged powerful attack was impossible, and even he wasn't that fast. L rubbed his eyes, obviously frustrated with the days events. "He just had to become a giant damn bird... Of all things, you'd think Body could think just a bit. I mean the damn gun was just fired." the irritation raked through L, showing in the changes to his accent and language. Seeing time beginning to repeat itself was a rather large pet peeve of the light herald. "Che...new plan?"

As the wasabi like substance was poured on his head Lucien was brought back to reality from their death satan debate. He was amazed at her audacity, no one other than Armand would ever play this kind of joke with him. "I'll be p****d about that later." He said as he dispersed his body into mist, all of course except for the wasabi. He reformed his body just a foot to the left as the sauce fell to the ground, Lucien looked at Ember, she was infact right as much as he didn't want to admit it they all did have better things to do. Lucien shot his gave towards the sky again as the second bullet was fired through the sky, again it lit of the dark with it's radiance as it destroyed all matter around it's vicinity. It tore through the air until it found it's target, the now large Raven like Demios. He however didn't act with shock and care this time, he had made that mistake once already. "What can you expect, at first he was at least human, but now he's an enormous death seeking Raven. He should have known better." The hollow words cut deep into his own feelings but he made no physical giveaway, he would have to swallow his humanity and deal with it later.

Kojiro prepared anothr knife to unleash another barrage however, he quickly turned to the defensive as he tried to dodge the orb, Kojiro dove out of the way however as he rolled to his feet he realized it was striking from above, he braced himself as it slammed into him the ice that formed around him was enough to endure the hit, however he was still dazed from the impact, "Soliel?..." he murmured, however as he began to grasp what was going on, Kojiro was caught off guard by the chaos about to envelop them, he tried to act fast,"...Frost Tower!" he called as ice began to explode at his defense, however it was not enough time to fully form, the explosion and debris crushed his shield and shattered it into several pieces, Kojiro soon was engulfed by the attack as well, as the destruction roared past him.

Demios turned as he herd the incoming blast. It was obvious what it was and as strange as it sounded some part of Demios was glad for it. He was tired of all of this especially after watching Armand die. He watched as the beam flew at him feeling a slight sense of peace hoping that he could rip the monster from him. When he noticed Ember rushing at him he frowned. Even though he knew she was a herald he couldn't just let her die from the beam. He grabbed her feeling the burning from her fire as he did, he then threw her out of the way before taking the full impact of the blast as it hit him the raven began to diminish and a swarm of black birds began to fly from it. He had to admit the blast hurt a lot. He could feel the herald of body being ripped from him. He knew the raven form was just making things easier, but he wondered on some level if he wanted to be shot. While the beam was blasting him Demios couldn't help, but think back to Armand and his words. "I'm sorry Armand....seems like someone else will have to be the butterfly" He said sadly.
Meanwhile, back in Japan as Demios was shot the whistle he had given Genya began to crack and it gave a weak glow as it did. This was an ominous sign, but to add to it Demios spell book also opened the page it turned to was an image of what was happening to Demios. However, once the events were over the image faded and a simple spell was left on the page, it appeared to be a simple teleportation spell.
Back in New York the beam had finally finished separating the herald of body from Demios and had effectively killed it or rather him. Meanwhile, Demios himself began to plummet his body too injured to allow him to do anything to reduce the impact. As he fell he looked to the sky "Armand...why did you go" He said sadly. "I'm sorry" He whispered. As he continued to fall the effects of his spell began to diminish and fade. He closed his eyes as he fell and even through the pain he thought back to his friends and everyone he had nearly killed. He remembered what Amara had said to him while they were in the plane it made him smile to think about it. He then crashed into the ground forming a large crater from the impact. He could feel himself blacking out from the pain of the blast, the damage it had caused, the impact with the ground, and the draining of his energy from trying to use the spell. As he began to lose consciousness he couldn't help, but think how ironic it was that he had tried to kill everyone again. He felt that no one trusted him anymore "How fitting..." He said weakly "...the witch dies alone" He continued. He rolled his head slightly looking at the destroyed city seeing everyone he had tried to kill. "it isn't so bad though.......its the end I deserve...." he finished as he closed his eyes not sure if he was going to live or not. As he passed out from his hand flew a butterfly that began to head towards the sky.

Jaylin LaQuiel
Jaylins attention immediately went to Danny as the boy fell to the ground shaking from fear, it was only to be expected but when Erin spoke he looked back at her as he replied. "Well maybe I was over doing it a bit but that was the only way he would listen or get him to stop." He replied rubbing the back of his head in a childish manner even in this hardship of times. Though soon his expression became very serious as yet another spiritual energy was fading though this time to the point where the being lost its life, obviously the person meant something to the one they called Demios for the man went mad and now tried to destroy the lot of them. "Tsk... This is bad, very bad. Someone has lost their life on the battlefield and this is his reaction to it." He explained to Erin just before he watch her begin to glow, scanning the situation with his Recon feature he noticed that the energy was focusing around Demios to restrict him but seemingly to no avail. Danny soon grabbed his attention as he began to fuss and fight with the zombie mutt again and then take off towards Erin, sighing Jaylin reached forward grabbing Danny by his collar and throwing him back of his grapple was successful.
In the process the mutt dried to attack the boy again and this time he stepped to the side of the mutt kicking with the pressure of four hundred pounds cracking the mutts bones which was enough to cause it to wine out as he struggled to move on the ground. "Calm yourself boy we have bigger problems to worry about, like Demios up there who is trying to kill us all." He explained to the boy irritated at it all as different formulas were running through his mind as to how they can stop Demios. Jaylin looked up to the sky as the worst he come to pass of this event, Demios took the direct hit from what seem to be the Pistola he had heard about and now was on the verge of losing his life. He watched as Demios fall though before he could get to Demios the Owl had already crashed into the ground and his spiritual force fading. "s**t..... This is more than I had originally thought." He stated calmly as he had only hope that the first spiritual force he felt fading would had survived as well as Demios.

((TFP---Raven---Hope this is alright e.e))
“Teleportation?! Damn it!” Raven never stood a chance countering Roulin’s attack. He had been to quick and her to slow. “Well played.” She thought as Roulins powerful shockwave collided with her right arm at break neck speed, winning a high pitched cry of pain from the Quaking Owl herself. The bone shattering move was operated efficiently and even saw Raven being pelted backwards into a pile rubble. Her right arm was now as ineffective as her left. Both of which would soon (hopefully) go numb. But for the time being, the pain was immense. “Teh…” her breath was halted in her lungs as she sat upright. Something in her eyes seemed to snap as she stared at Roulin. She looked almost demonic…
Raven somehow got back on her feet, she looked a mess…a scary 5 feet 8 mess. Her usually well kept blonde hair was matted and covered most of her sweaty face, her back was arched as she was bent slightly forwards, while both her arms flopped at her side like dead weights. “Roulin….” She breathed in a raspy hiss. Had he thought she was angry earlier.. Well he would have been sorely mistaken. The ground trembled when she placed one foot forward. A warning about the danger heading towards Roulin…
((TFP---Nat)) privacy
Nat took a step back with each step Kate took. “You know nothing of me! I am not afraid!” The young Owl quipped as confidently as he could. “I wont allow you to take them!” Nat had been so caught up in speaking back at the woman, that he failed to notice that she had closed the distance, and that she now stood directly in front of him. Nathanial’s mouth twitched slightly as he failed to respond to her being so close. “What would the others do?!” He thought frantically before the answer hit him like a ton of bricks. “Of course…they would fight!” It was safe to say that you should never corner a frightened Owl. Even if said Owl only had two daggers at hand
Nat slid one foot back and used his current positioning to place more power behind his slash attack. Which he delivered in one quick momentum. He had closed his eyes tightly, so whether he had made contact or not was a mystery to him. But what he did know for sure straight after his attack, was regret that he had done it. “I…I..” The young blondes entire body shook as he seemed to freeze on the spot. Ever since he was rescued by Raven all of 5 years ago, he had never faced killing another like him. Raven always seemed to try and shelter him…to direct him away from too much blood shed. She had done the same more or less with Kojiro…perhaps it was due to the fragile state of their minds, the innocent in their years…Nat couldn’t really tell why Raven done the things she done, but she was the only person he had in the world that he could call family. “I’m sorry!” Nat kept his eyes closed, not ready to face any type of gory bloody scene occuring because of his dagger. He didn't want to see the beautiful woman soft spoken laying at his feet with dead staring eyes...So...he remained still.

(I swear my posts are better just after I wake up.)
Roulin tried to keep his mind off of what was going on behind him. He knew from the immense size of the dark energy that it was Demios, or rather The Raven that resided within him. There were two shrieks. One almost immediately after the other. The Life Owl identified this as "bullet" shot from the Giygas Pistola. He'd finally managed to figure who'd lost so a grave amount of energy off to the south. It was indeed Cecilia...Roulin's eyes looked down the way to Raven who seemed to be more relentlessly resilient then Roulin had anticipated. His attack landed, but he couldn't bring himself to enjoy his half-victory. Everywhere else he could feel loss after loss after loss.
The night air didn't seem as cold as it did minutes ago thanks to the highs and lows of energies across the area. Even in the cool breeze, the temperature still felt rather high for a nigh-winter month. There was a massive energy heading towards the area he and Raven occupied...very massive. It had to be a Herald or something. Was firing the gun their signal to strike? "Raven...." Roulin mused silently to himself. The girl was pushing her limits. The last thing he wanted to see was a family of Owls without a mother...his resolve was no longer to kill her. Just to immobilize her completely, get Cecilia and his friends and leave immediately.
The ground beneath the teen's feet was grinded away by the spherical bubble of kinetic energy he'd placed around himself. If this was how it had to end, then so be it. He lifted from the earth and hovered only inches from the ground awaiting Raven's next move.
~~~
Soliel had no intention of dying here today. The Raven struck no chords of fear in his heart nor soul. The only thing pressing now to the magma owl was Anderson and him having the flesh melted from his bones. As the cosmic energy ate through the ground and through Soliel's lava, the being of magma bellowed a pained cry. His voice now was deep, almost monstrous and it echoed across the torn landscape. He could feel against the ground Kojiro's loss of power. That wasn't good. Thanks to Anderson's special energy based powers, he would have a time combatting the night owl on his own.
From the ground splashed upwards a gargantuan dog head formed entirely of lava. This attack was among Soliel's finishing techniques. This particular one hadn't been used in years and this occurance marked the third time he's had to use it. The previous two people who were caught in the blazingly hot dog's maw were smothered by the magma, then melted. One of them were just melted. Would Anderson suffer the same fate as the last two men?
~~~
Che had found himself holding back at laugh at Will's beratement of the tortured genius. Although Will's methods should've elicited a punch to the chin or a swift kick to the shin, he always did have a point. The point here was that Lucien, the stone faced leader of the UNS, couldn't bring himself to admit that people that he used to love...people that he still loved were about to be murdered at the hands of another Herald. As much as he hated to admit it, he'd need Lucien for this. Before heading off to find Thomas who he knew was in this city, he looked at confused Owl and sighed.
"Kid...as much as I hate to admit it, I may need your help alright?" Che began. "My son and your old friend, ******** that. Your friend Roulin is off in the direction Timothy is headed! I know you don't like me and I know I hate you with an undying passion, but we need to stop him before one of our strongest is killed!" Within Che's voice was an obvious air of concern not only for Roulin, but for Lucien, Will and just about everyone else here.
"The choice is yours kid, but I'm going to find my old friend Thomas and save Lomoli. Please, if you can, go stop Timothy. And you two. Will and Gae...." Che turned his light purple eyes up to his only living friend and grinned a grin that meant business had to be conducted. "Haha...Gae. You L will be coming with me. Will...you cover Lu and don't let Victoria out of your sight! Got that?" Che had given his orders and he hoped that each of them wouldn't waste a second standing around. He didn't. He vanished in seconds waving for the light herald to follow.
~~~
(I will edit this out if you Haka and Dt have something planned.)
"Oh....then by all means son, allow me to take them." Thomas had found his way through the underground passages that he was sure wasn't around before Raven and her cronies took over. He figured keeping his Negation underwraps wouldn't give him away thanks to the stench. For once, he was right about the dark liquid dorment in his body. Thomas had stopped the blade mere inches from Kate's chest. He had faith in the little owl to at least move out of the way or phase through it. Between him and her, he was sure that Nathaniel would've chose her phasing over his actual touching him.
"Well now, would you look at this here!?" Thomas chuckled with sinister glee, his western accent seeping out of each roughly pronounce syllable. "I find a little Herald in training, that blue flash guy, the guardian of that...place and a kid! You know, this is just enough for a graveyard!" The owl of death leaned forward almost placing his chin atop Kate's shoulder and said to Nat, "If you could choose a way for Kate to die, what way would you choose? Pick, and I'll let your hand go. Don't and I'll melt you where you stand...."
Kate let out a light sight as Nat took a half step backwards, to prepare for the stabbing blow Kate could tell was coming from a mile away. She thought her little phrase, hoping that for once, it wouldn't work so she could just die. That turned out to be true, and Kate's body remained solid. But her death wasn't to come so easily, as Thomas Moses the Death Owl had entered the room already and blocked the tip of the knife from piercing through Kate's ribcage. Of course, she had sensed his ugly spirit, if one could call it that, coming towards them long before he actually came into the room.
"Thomas Moses..." Kate said his name aloud, not bothering to look over her shoulder at the pathetic excuse for a cowboy because she could tell he was right behind her. "...Ignore the pestilence standing over my shoulder, Nathaniel... He is always seeking attention where none is given willingly..." Kate said smoothly and without regrets should Thomas decide to actually kill her for that insult. However, Kate mouthed the words of her phrase breathlessly before stepping forward and ghosting through Thomas' hand, Nat's dagger, and then subsequently through Nat himself to reach the two forms lying on the ground behind the younger Owl. "This would have been so much easier...." she murmured aloud, crouching down besides Moli to check to see if he was still alive even though she knew quite well that he was.
"Pestilence? Why that's my middle name. How'd you guess that?" Thomas figured that he could at least entertain the four people in the room before he finally decided to do away with them. Lomoli and Khalifa were sleeping apparently. Their deaths would be quick and painless then. Thomas found his body tensing when Kate passed through his wrist and onward. The sensation was akin to having his arm submerged in ice, then held over an open fire. While it didn't hurt, it was still a strange sensation to have come over him.
With a quick shiver, Thomas returned his attention to Kate. This girl wasn't one that he'd been around for too long, but already her demeanor was getting to him. He took out his gun he was prepared to shoot Radiant with and pointed it at the back of her head. Of course, if she phased out again, there was Nathaniel whom he could always use as leverage. "Alright, enough crap," said the now serious death owl. "Where's Presidiomni? I know that he's here and looking for me."
((TFP---Raven---Hope this is alright e.e))
Raven was being very stubborn. She risked making her current state of health more bad then what was needed. Nevertheless, she took another step. “I was not…disappointed…after all.” She muttered to Roulin. When she had approached Roulin as closely as she could or would dare to, She straightened herself up. “Little Owl…wondering far from home…” She whispered in a seemingly creepy manner. A sharp pain pulsated through her body as she began to form and shape a shockwave deep inside. That was were her concentration was focused currently…and not on the absurd power heading towards them “Heh”
Although Raven didn’t need just her hands to manipulate or guide a shockwave, they had become the most effective part of her style. But now she had to do something else. When the she had summoned up enough energy, Raven smirked. From the centre of her chest she fired a shockwave towards Roulin. The force was a bit of a risk to take when she was in a bad way. And that showed, because she stumbled backwards and ended up falling to her knees. Both arms were still painfully throbbing, but had started to go numb with the pain. Raven was not going to get up anytime soon. She stayed kneeling, her breathing irregular and heavy. “Look at how tired and weak you have grown...”
((TFP---Nat)) privacy
The sound of a male, with a strong accent, speaking snapped Nathaniel out of his current guilt stricken frame freeze. A hand gripped tightly around the boys wrist, halting his attack before it could mark the soft flesh of the female. The new comer was clearly on a whole other level of evil. Something about him struck fear heavy and hard into Nat’s heart. “Die? I cant choose how someone dies!” The boy spat out in a courageous act of defiance. It became clear to the boy who this man was after Kate introduced him. One Thomas Moses. Current leader of the UNS. The one who had inflicted some dark torture on two people precious to Nat. “You! Your him!” Nat quipped, is eyes widening in horror and perhaps hatred.
Kate, unknowingly stopped Nat from trying to attack Thomas when she ghost through him. A visible shiver ran through the boy. The unpleasant feeling could be compared to sitting in a tub of ice cubes, something Nat had experienced over a year ago. A painful reminder of why is was not a good idea to scare Kojiro when he was floating around in the ocean. Nat blinked a few times and glanced from Thomas to Kate. This was bad. He was like a mere bug in the grips of two starving birds. “Presidiomni?” Ok, now Nathaniel was at a loss.
Nat thanked the high heavens that his hands and arms were covered with clothing, who knew what kind of twisted power Thomas had, and Nat sure as hell didn’t want to try it out. As comforting as that thought was, he still wanted to break the mans grip on his wrist, so he struggled as roughly as can, eventually he even braved stamping on the guys foot with a nice bit of force.
Roulin couldn't help but admire Raven's strength and perserverence. Like he thought to himself earlier, there were many admirable traits that Raven had and many of them Roulin wished that he had. Ferocity, strength, charisma and that unifying power that only a few people were born with. The raven haired teen lowered to the crater that he'd made and watched as Raven prepared her last attack. The wind carried her almost silent words...she wasn't disappointed. This battle would tie their record at one to one. At least Roulin managed to keep up with the dangerous beauty.
Raven launched her last attack and Roulin braced for impact. The attack almost met him, but he'd managed to apply a nice cushion for himself inches before his body. He could feel Raven's fatigue in her attack. She was ready to rest and so was he. Roulin had yet to earn his sleep though. He used Raven's ability to "crush" her attack, then sighed at the battlefield. Johan and Luca stood behind him awaiting a victor. Well, they had what they needed. Someone down ready to be taken away. "There....take her....just promise me you won't kill her."
Roulin looked over at Raven. A side of him wanted to change sides and work with her. Her ideals were crystal clear to him, but he knew he couldn't. Violence didn't solve much. The other wanted to help her. In doing so, she might attack him again. Johan and Luca had this. Roulin walked a few steps to exit the crater, then took to the skies in search for Cecilia. Her energy signature was almost nonexistent, but it was there...she was knocking on death's door and he could feel it.
Even though Thomas chuckled when Kate called him a pestilence, Kate however, had not laughed at all. It was very rare occasion to hear Kate laugh or even crack a smile nowadays. Anyway, once she had determined that both Moli and Khalifa were alive and at least breathing, Kate stood up slowly upon hearing the click of a gun being pointed at someone. It only figured that Thomas was threatening her.
Kate let out a light sigh and didn't bother to turn to face Thomas. "Who knows..." she replied with a shrug. Kate hadn't seen or heard from Che since he left that warehouse they had hidden out in. "Eternity, Jewle..." she whispered to herself just to be ready for the incoming shot to the head. Now that she was so close to bringing Che his son back to him, Kate had no intention of backing down now, no matter how much she wished for her own life to end. Her body appeared to phase slightly as it usually did, only her body appeared as if it was covered in a light mist because of the phase. It appeared solid enough to touch, but anything would still pass through her at this point.
She heard Nat's reply to Thomas' earlier question about how he could choose for Kate to die. Her head tilted to the side a little bit. "You would not choose how someone dies, Nathaniel...?" This made little sense to her as Kate figured that no one really cared whether anyone lived or died in this world anymore. "Yet you were so intent on attempting to kill me not even five minutes ago just for standing in front of you..." 'Intent' was probably not the right choice of words as Kate had seen Nat shaking the entire time up until he tried to stab her in the chest. But Kate did not care really what word she chose at that moment to describe Nat's behavior. She did feel a tad bit of admiration for the boy's tenacity though. "However, I do believe I should be going now...." Kate then said after a slight pause to let Nat's words sink in to her brain for a moment. Making only her hands become physically solid and keeping the rest of her body insubstantial, she then crouched down again and grabbed hold of Moli's shirt collar and then did the same for Khalifa's. Once that was done, Kate murmured her phrase under her breath so that the ghosting would extend to both Moli and Khalifa as well.
====
Johan's attention had shifted back to the fight between Raven and Roulin once Demios' body crashed to the ground and the spell was stopped by a second firing of the Pistola. He merely remained still watching the fight continue until Raven suddenly collapsed to her knees. It appeared that the fight was over now. Roulin only confirmed what Johan thought by saying that he could finally step forward. "You have my word." Johan nodded twice before stepping past Roulin towards the exhausted Raven. "Well, now, Ms. Turner, you certainly had the world worried for a while there..." he said, looking down at her. He was prepared to defend and subdue her should she resist.
====
Erin heard Jaylin's explanation of what was happening. But then Demios knocked out the shield the psychics were forming, Erin fell to her knees. Her hands clutched at her head as she felt a tremendous headache from that sudden jolt of what Demios/Raven had done to a large portion of her mental energy. She winced in slight pain. This was not good. Erin was preoccupied with calming herself while Jaylin dealt with Danny, so she hardly noticed what was going on around her at the moment. Her control over the dogs faded because of this as well.
