*It works...but only a little...it appears to take away some of the sting...when Tam looks up, the sun is setting...and Kero's eyes are so light blue, they outdo the sky by a thousand times over*

tam pulls him into a hug and holds him close... hey, kiddo... ye ok? don't cry... here... let me sing the pain away... ok... and he begins to croon a wordless ditty that eases the sting even more....

tam let's go of kero blushing madly...... aaaaa... ye... fell... off... the... merry go round... he stammers....
then he sits back with an uneasy laugh... sheesh ye scared me there for a second... we spent the day reading stories... sort of... i started to tell ye one tale.. got it mixed up with another... but ye didn't seem to mind... got a bit of practice in as well... as i sang it to ye....
he looks at kero's shoulder and shakes his head... handy spell that... i... he shakes his head... nope.. i'm happy with what i got... music maybe takes longer and can't heal everything... but it's far more versatile...

well... says tam thoughtfully not sure he wants to tell kerobian how he had threatened to walk, but then he decides he should sort of... ye were acting a little stubborn and all so i simply told ye the truth... and ye shaped right up.....

ye don't know me temper... says tam softly... sometimes i don't even know it... he shrugs and dusts off his slacks.... i usually have a good hold on it... but i don't know... ye have a way of getting under me skin at times... and i don't know whether to hug ye or whack ye when ye do... it's so frustrating at times i wanna scream....
and i could of hurt ye when i spanked ye... ye said so... so let's drop it ok... cause i was serious and well ye finally started to listen... and iffin it worked... don't try to analyze it... be happy...

Talesian...Tam...you have to remember something...there's no way you can hurt me, short of stabbing me with Twilight...
And as for when you spanked me...Jeez...I told you they break open all the time...the venom barely affects us, Talesian...all it did was make me sleepy...that dosage on you would have knocked you out for two weeks!!!

There we go...go to sleep, Tam...I've done most of the work on the spell...just need to gather ingredients...I'll order them online...other than that...come the new moon...I'll be back to normal.

tam crashes on the bed... content for the time being to let things go as they may... within minutes he is snoring peacefully... he used a lot of talent keeping kero content that afternoon

Talesian...I hate to ask this of you...but I will need to gather my strength for the spell...which means I'll be meditating for a few nights...I need a bath, Talesian...and much as I hate to ask it...can you please bathe me after whatever yer doing today?
