now the horse's eyes begin to glow a eery red color and his mane begins to steam... making ye wonder iffin this so-called waterhorse may be a cross with something a little more intense... makes ye also wonder why champhy never speaks about her mate as well.....

the waterhorse merely shakes its great head, and slashes at him with a fore hoof.... ye can seen it is clearly aggitated and memory comes to ye that some of the older races lose their sense of reason when angered.... iffin averus knew... it really doesn't matter right now... ye got him a bit miffed....

*Kero realizes that the element of suprise is his best bet...the next time the horse slashes, he pretends to be hit, and go down, lying still...when Averus calms down and comes to check...Kero springs up again, growing into his humanoid form*

Apparently ye've only heard the gossip about me...I'm not cruel, colt....but I am strict and fair...I'm giving ye a chance to make up for what you did...*Claps his hands and steals some of Averus's growth, leaving him about Shia's age*...You are to go and apologize to your mother...and to Shia...verbally...you will then write a written apology to everyone you have hurt here in Lyssan's kingdom...what happens to you after that is your mother's decision...you are forbidden to go and live with yer father...or even to see him, until I deem it necessary....understood?

Here...this ink was crafted for creatures like you...just dip a hoof in it and set it to paper...it will write what ye want it to write...it can even erase itself.
And as for yer Da...Ye are under my protection, Averus...And I've yet to see a nightmare that could best me.

champhy spins about with a start... i thought i told ye to.... sweet mother of night... averus, boy... what the heck happened to ye?
averus stammers out an apology with his head hangin clear down to his knees... whether from shame or true remorse it is difficult to say... but at least he did what ye asked him to do....
